Ramada by Wyndham Al Qassim

Ramada in Qassim was surprisingly awesome.
We got upgraded to a junior suite.
The location is a bit far from city centre but yet in a good location and close to airport.
Room furniture is modern and stylish, room amenities good.
Room service is good.
Reception staff are very friendly and professional.
Love the experience and coming back for sure.

Arrived at this property late in the day as a stopover from Madinah to Riyadh
Checking in was a breeze and from the first impression I have nothing much to expect
Was given free drinking coupon from Starbucks which is within the hotel
As soon as we arrived at the room we were surprised how tastefully the room decor is
I guessed it was recently remodeled
The bathroom is huge and with separate bathtub and washing area
Bed are comfortable
Happy to have stayed here

Rooms are great. Big improvement since I last visited some years ago. Can’t comment on the food as I didn’t order in. Still expensive though

Clean room. Spacious. Quiet. Solid room service. Stayed two nights in room 616. Late checkout available. Starbucks downstairs could have been better stocked. Friendly staff. Not much else around but location good if visiting Suliman Alraji University.

Five star hotel in Al Bukairiyah. Offers good service to guests. The hotel has sunset restaurant, function rooms, business center and a gym with sauna and a pool. It has now Starbucks outlet near the entrance.

We had a good experience. This hotel is a hidden gem between Riyadh and Ha'il in Al Bukhayriah. It's about 30 minutes drive from Qassim.
It carries the Ramada name well.
We had the Executive suite. All was as is shown on the pictures.
This room has 1 bedroom with sitting area, living room, spacious fyor, 1 full bathroom (with beautiful tub, separate shower) and half bathroom.
It's very clean. Staff was very pleasant.
There's a Starbucks and Baskin Robbins kiosk in the lobby.

I was impressed with the workmanship of this hotel, as we've stayed any many different hotels in the Kingdom that were labeled 5 ⭐ but the workmanship was not up to a 5⭐ standard.
There was only 1 drawback. The maintenance guy entered our room without knocking, which was startling.
We realized later that the "do not disturb" light switch is in room next the bed. Wish we were told that beforehand.
NB: Breakfast is served in room and is very basic.

Neat and Tidy rooms. Big rooms, free swimming pool. Nice calm stay. Feel at home. Breakfast is too hygenic..Love to stay again. Staffs are polite. One recommendation. Please provide slippers for room guest.

The best hotel in the region in location and facilities. Make sure the house keeping and room service staff do a proper job for you. Supervision (middle management) is not up to the standard.

The room that I stayed in was really spacious and comfortable. The wifi speed was good. They had a good selection of dishes for breakfast. The staff were helpful.
