During my work trip, I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and the experience was commendable. The hotel's commitment to hygiene and cleanliness was evident throughout my stay, providing a reassuring environment. The culinary offerings surpassed expectations, delivering delicious and satisfying meals. The staff went above and beyond, showcasing friendliness and cooperation in every interaction. Noteworthy was their attention to detail, from ensuring the qibla direction for prayer to placing a comprehensive list of TV channels right in front of the television – a small touch that reflects a thoughtful approach to guest comfort.

Staffs are very supportive. Reasonable pricing. Convenient location with easy parking access.

My hotel stay was exceptional, thanks to the incredibly kind and supportive night staff particularly the young Saudi guy at the reception. The attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made my stay at ease.

Hasan was very helpful , we arrive quite early then check in time but it was not issue because we put note in booking that we will arrive early . Complimentary fruits were highlight , very near for the sea and several restaurants near hotel , Parking is available free of charge . I was there for my emirates assessment day , everything is perfect .

Attended business meeting 2 days. Food was excellent taste and facilities are very good.

the minute you step in the friendly receptions will warm welcoming you then step in the room very clean and neat other staff all kind and friendly .
near by the city facilities ( mall and other market ) .
worth to stay and for sure will stay again with our business visit to Dammam .

A hotel staff will either make you or break you. Great receptionist, impeccable house keeping who kept my room clean everyday without even asking plus replenishing my tea and water supply. One minor issue is the lack of usable Wi-Fi.

I went to eat my breakfast, it was really good, I really liked the staff they were very friendly with me, specially Mr Brijesh.

Great service from the moment I arrived. Even though there had been some confusion over my booking, the reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room is lovely - well furnished with all the amenities one would expect from its higher priced sister hotel.
Great food, top service and an all round positive experience.

I have been going to the same gym for 3 yrs and always found the staff to be very polite and cooperative. The instructor is very helpful and treats everybody in a friendly manner. Can't understand why anybody would say such horrible things about her.
