One to One Hotel

The establishment is located in busy streets of Khobar. Everything is located with 5-10 minutes drive of this place including grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, hospitals and what not.
The hotel price is also reasonable. Staff is helpful as well.
Overall a good experience.

The hotel is good and clean, but the service is very poor. There are no anchors to hang dresses in the room, and despite my requests, they haven't provided them. I have been waiting for three days.

Very nice location, close to corniche and a lot of restaurants near by at walkin distance.

Excellent service.. Wonderful rooms.. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. Since all the rooms were booked on my arrival.. I was given a complementary room (a full apartment) that the children really liked.. .. Thank gran Marbia for your hospitality...

Very relaxing place and highly recommended for me,many times we came back here I see the improvement of the management..So happy to stay here in few days,very comfortable place,huge rooms with complete needs.Their staff was very accomodating,the one that I love to come back here is they have also the swimming pool.That you can relax with privacy for your family and friend.Thumpbs up for maintaining the cleanliness of the place starting from reception till on designated rooms.
Unlimited Wifi and very quick response if you have any trouble encounter.I see the Big changes and more improvement of this place thanks to the managements team and staffs.We love stay and to chose One to one Grand Marbiya Hotel.

Good Hotel Smells good clean and good location near for everything it is just a walk away from corniche and filipino restaurants. Approachable staff and even the security guard are active and always wear a smile.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. Nice hospitality and staff services. They have a fitness centre and an indoor swimming pool. Got good supermarkets/hypermarkets, restaurants,hospitals, ATM, laundry and essentials at walking distance.

Fantastic Hotel for a business stay. Very courteous and helpful front desk staff. Wonderful WiFi. Clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet needs a good refinement.

Grand Marbia Hotel in Khobar provides spacious rooms on monthly basis. It has in house pool for both men and women. Close to lot of restaurants and also walkable distance to Corniche.
