Amazing experience. The hotel is wonderful and the staff is very helpful. You must definitely try the restaurant. Dry aged biff it's a must. The breakfast is very tasty and the portions are enormous.

Design hotel, clean , friendly staff. Excellent indoor pool and sauna. The breakfast was a la carte and tasty.

If you really have to go to Kragujevac, stay in this hotel. If you don't have to, go somewhere else.
Rooms are European standard, everything like you expect of a 4 star hotel. Definitely the best you can find in this charmless city.

Excellent staff, the waiters were exceptionally polite, recommending great wine and food, all in all the service was great. The room & spa also high quality. The only bad thing was that we weren't able to get a refund for a room that we cancelled, due to the fact that 1 person wasn't able to come because of COVID19 sickness. In this pandemic era I believe that the hotel should be more flexible.

Exceptional hotel. To start this is the correct address as I know there can be some confusion as 2 entries for this hotel. First off hotel is great as it has parking which is a huge plus. The hotel itself is of a high standard with a wonderful spa and pool which I was able to use. The food here is very good. Breakfast has a good selection and I had lunch also here which was very good. Next time I will have steak as they have a steak fridge with wonderful cuts of meat. Wine selection in the restaurant is really good. Rooms are lovely and high standard but what makes this hotel exceptional and the only choice in Kragujevac is the staff. They are truly wonderful and an asset to this hotel.

I have been to all beoutifull hotels all over Serbia, but this is exceptional.What a guts to build a hotel like this on this location.It makes it unusual, For us a verry positive surprise. I can recomment this to everyone. Great friendly service. One of the best and clean spa centre and delicious food.

This hotel was comolete surprise to me. My colleague buck the hotel. She know I like industrial interiors so I was amazed whith this one. Interior of this hotel is one of the best I been in Serbia. Even elevator walls are decorated. And its not over the top. The hotel is located in industrial area of the Kragujevac, actually in the real factory ground, so your view is on factory. The rooms are spacious. Bed is comfortable with two types of pillows.
And Spa!? Great spa and gym area.
Brekfast is awesome also.
This was no stay, this was experience.
I recomend you this hotel from the bottom of my heart.

Perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. Its so well designed and looks amazing. The staff is very polite and helpful.
Rooms are very warm, specious and comfortable.
The spa is clean, pool water is salty and not very warm.
Breakfast is not a buffet, you get a list of thing you can order and they make it right away so its very fresh.
Restaurant is nice but the portions are small compared to price.

Small minus is location, but its still worth it given everything else!

It was really hard to find this place since the first Google pinned location we came to was wrong. So I called the reception and kind lady navigated me towards the right place. The surrounding of the hotel is awful- just some old industrial part, but down there is one amazing place:

Spa is pretty nice: lovely warm pool and sauna and regular spa stuff, but very nicely designed.
Rooms are also great, spacious and so clean! My toddler and I came pretty late when room service was closed, but amazing lady from the reception desk managed to get my hungry son fries and toast sandwich in the room-she brought it on her own. Wow, that’s what I honestly appreciate and that’s why I really recommend this amazing hotel. Five star stay!

Isolated hotel located in industrial area, in the old administrative building of Zastava factory. Professional and welcoming staff. Great little spa. More than decent restaurant. All this for affordable prices, worth the visit.

The only bad thing in hotel was...that we need to leave after 3 days of wonderfull place...and trust me I travel worldwide and stay in over 100 hotels in my life...few of them is so small but great. We will come again.

It is the second time i am here, and i trully reccommend it. The hotel is magnificent and the spa is superb. Cozy familiar hotel-spa where the crew treats you like a king. I will come more times for sure 👌🏻

This is so far one of best spa I visited. It is family oriented, was there with 2 kids , pool is amazing, water temp is for sure over 35 degrees.

Rooms are designed elegantly and they are very spacious. Everything that you need in a room (in a hotel of this level) is there. Very comfortable, cozy and well designed. Absolutely love it! 🤩
