Gorski Hotel & Spa

Helpful staff, great food, next to ski lifts.
The rooms are nice, with all the wood. It does get too warm, sometimes even with the window opened a bit. The carpet has seen better days and might get your skin itchy. Great shower.
The morning and evening buffets have a lot of choice. Even if you're vegan, you'll find something. But the labelling is evasive (eg suprise! The "mushroom risotto" has meat in it today). We had to leave before the last breakfast so they kindly offered us packed food. Unfortunately the "vegetarian" option was a salmon sandwich...
The reception is surprisingly a smoking area, but maybe that's normal in Serbia.
Overall the hotel does feel luxurious!

This place is superb. Everything is top notch:
1. Luxury facilities, very comfy rooms and great location.
2. Food quality and presentation is next to none, everything was well thought of and presented with a lot of flair.
3. The staff of this hotel is phenomenal, from the reception to the spa attendants and the best of all, the staff in the restaurants within the facility. They are very polite, attentive and knowledgeable of what they have. I’m pleasantly surprised and at the same time very impressed. You can tell that they are well trained.

If I can give 10 stars, this hotel definitely deserves it.

We had a great stay at Gorski (again). The rooms are super comfortable and spacious, interiors is beautiful, food tasty (a lot to choose from on buffet breakfast and dinner), service friendly, helpful and efficient.

The spa area is nice, there are two pools of descent size, hot tub, salt room... The one outside was very well heated, but the one inside could be way warmer - that was the only downside.

The hotel is kids friendly - there is a playroom, small park outside, chairs for kids in the restaurant etc.

The location is perfect, very central. Hotel has nice view, access to the forest and ski areas is right nearby.

Overall i can really recommend Gorski.

I've stayed at this hotel once during the summer period and once in winter for skiing. Overall, we had great experiences both times. The hotel is new and clean. However, during the second visit, we noticed some areas in the room that weren’t as clean. The location is great, the chairlifts are in front of the hotel. The hotel offers a variety of services and facilities, including a spa, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, a game room etc. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The food options are excellent, catering to different diets with delicious choices. One minor issue was that during our summer visit, the rooms and the spa felt cold, and the outdoor pool could have been warmer. Additionally, it's necessary to book a time slot for using the spa, and every 2 hours, all guests are asked to leave for cleaning and preparation, with a 30-minute break before the next time slot. This can be inconvenient, especially waiting wet and in swimsuits. While the concept is good, I would recommend increasing the time slots to 3 hours for a more enjoyable experience.

I visited the Spa center, which is great. The prices are a little bit high, but the service is great, especially the massage.

Already stayed several times in Gorski, and I was never disappointed. Kopaonik for me does not make sense without Gorski. The staff is super friendly, the hotel luxurious with one of the best buffets I have eaten. The hotel is literally on the slopes and you can rent and store skis in the bottom floor. The rooms are very good also. The down points are only that the hotel
sometimes is too hot (outside can be minus 20 at times) and if you go in the holidays period, you will have too many people and the crowds are too much.

This amazing place offers high quality cakes and coffee. Pleasant and intimate atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff.
In addition, they have vegan choices of cakes and coffee - highly recommended.

Love staying at Gorski. The rooms are cosy (although they could get a makeover already as they are used a lot), breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent (suggestion to hotel to keep vegan-posno options even outside of lent period), nice location ski out, super friendly and helpful staff, nice spa area ( suggestion to hotel - there could be a slot in the evening where only adults can access it) . It was super warm - maybe tone down the heating as we were sweating in the hotel.
Will come again !

Great vikend. Everything is new, very clean, pleasant stuff. Lobby is excellent, new, big, clean. The terrace is the great, with excellent view, in the middle of everything. The hotel had its own sky rent, locker rooms for own ski equipment. The spa I think it's the best in Kopaonik, with big indoor and warm outdoor pools, ans saunas. Rooms are very clean, spacious, warm all day long, with everything you need inside.
The food is diverse, everything is tasty and plenty.

Everything is taking care of thoroughly and in detail. Kind staff at the reception to start with. Clean rooms and all common areas. Many different things (sauna, salt room , tepidarium, fitness...) around pool and pool staff also at hand! Food is so various - today for instance 13 different kind of fruits, 14 interesting and tasty salads..and all other food - so nicely decorated. Chef - deputy so kind and all the time smiling and helping guests and colleagues, all waiters helpful and efficient. I highly recommend hotel Gorski!

Great swimming pool, great location, plenty of amenities, great food (always changing dishes). Cleaning room service could do a better job.

Fabulous hotel with modern amenities, an awesome restaurant with an amazing menu, a lovely coffee shop/ bar with a stunning view.

The room was comfortable, clean and quite modern with view of the park, zip line, cable cars with a backdrop of the pine trees/ mountains.

Very pleasant stay for a family but wish there was a balcony or that we could fully open the windows but considering so many activities outdoors within walking distance, we stayed indoors very little.

In house cafe seemed to be quite active late evening as well.

Very close to the town and countless outdoor activities for kids and families like small adventure parks, hike trails, buggie ride rentals, souvenir shops, local cafes etc. as well.

You can find a modern design in each ‘corner’ of the hotel. Professional staf from the parking space/ bar/ restaurant and SPA makes my stay very comfortable. The hotel is located just some steps away from the ski center. Kopaonik is a good escape not only during winter time, but also during the other seasons and Gorski Hotel & Spa is an added value.
Do not miss the opportunity to be a host in this awful place 😉

The hotel is very nice, the room we had is beautiful and big. The spa and wellness center is very nice and big, expensive. Relax massage great. Food is one big BRAVO. Be sure to try the menu at La Pista Expirience restaurant. Very interesting, every honor to the guys from the kitchen, they deserve Miselin star. Staff very friendly. We will definitely be back.

First the positive: Overall probably the best hotel in Kopaonik. The quality is high and facilities are modern. Spa is of high standards. In-outdoor pools clean and big. Real ski in - ski out. Spacious lobby. Food and breakfast is good. Rooms are very nice. Indoor car park. Thanos, the hotel manager is a real asset and he is always there to solve problems.
The negative: Very few of the staff speak English. They try to help but they don't have the required professionalism one would expect from a 4 star hotel. They make mistakes with bills always upwards, so document exactly what you order and what they bring. Most rooms are one size. One nice big double bed, and one narrow sofa bed that can hardly accommodate 2 kids. They have to be under 8 to sleep acceptably. Smoking in the lobby is permitted and the atmosphere may become foggy.
