Outstanding service from Sixt at Belgrade Airport! Despite our late flight and a New Year's Eve arrival at midnight, the front desk staff went above and beyond, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Returning the car was equally seamless, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Their commitment to customer service truly made our trip memorable. Highly recommend!

I was very skeptical to rent a car from Sixt based on some horrible reviews, however my experience was excellent. Front desk was very helpful, actually made great recommendations when it came to insurance, they were not pushy at all! Returning the car was also very easy as well. Got my deposit right away. Will be renting from them next summer again when I am back in Serbia.

When you make clear agreements there is no mistake with Sixt.

Tips for clients: you better have some coverage as traffic in Belgrade is erratic and wild. It may happen that someone scratches or dents your car and then the car needs to be out of service during the repair. Company marks that as a loss and I would do the same if I was running this business.

Just make videos of outside and inside, have some coverage if you don't want to run the risk and enjoy.

All the guys in Dunavska and the curly hair blond woman at the Airport where I took the car from, were professional and friendly.

I've used Sixt a few times from Belgrade airport. Friendly staff, good prices and decent cars, no surprises.

After seeing some mixed reviews, I've decided to contact Sixt Serbia and check their customer service.
Marija Crnogorčević was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. She sent me an offer for 21 days rental of Renault Captur. This offer was slightly higer than what some other car rentals at Nikola Tesla were offering and much cheaper than Hertz for example.
The reason for this is those cheaper rentals are renting 10years old cars that are likely to break, compared to Sixt that has all the cars up to 2 years old and in a great condition.

Our car was actually brand new (only 50km on it). We were the first customers to rent it.

Besides Marija, other employees were also polite and helpful. We returned the car 2 days ago and our deposit is already back to our card.

If your flight is early in the morning, make sure to let Sixt know. They will work with you to accomodate your request. They open at 6am, but we were able to park the car at 5am, check our luggage in at the terminal and come back at 6am to return the key and Sixt employee checked the car quickly and did the paperwork. I received e-mail confirmation within 2-3 minutes.

I've seen some passengers waiting to return the car at some other rental agency that opens at 8am and their flight was at 6:20am. Not a good experience. Make sure to arrange drop off with the rental agency or just rent a car from Sixt next time. I can definitelly highly recommend them. At least their Belgrade/airport Nikola Tesla offices.

Ahh yes, their Renault Captur was fun to drive, a lot of equipment and even built in GPS, wireless android auto and apple car play and much much more.
Cars that you usualy rent in the United states are mostly basic with no equipement. This was a very nice surprise.

The staff is friendly, the car is new and ready for use. Communication is fast and simple! My recommendation !

I have been renting from the SIXT, Belgrade airport, for several years now. My experience with them is fantastic. I have started using SIXT services after having negative experience with another car rental at the same airport. What I love about SIXT is how easy is to communicate with them. From making reservations to making adjustments with the bookings due to the unforeseen delays/changes. I also had a small accident when my windshield cracked and the included insurance took care of it.
They are also accommodating my need to have a car with the backup camera (medical reason). The vehicles that they are renting are almost always brand new and drop off/pickup is really easy and smooth.
I also love that I can reach them directly via SMS/Viber/WhatsApp. The employees are really friendly and personal and that's what makes them stand out!! (Ivana C)

I have no idea what some of these people are talking about, I had a great experience with this Sixt location (as is the case with most of them).
Everyone was friendly and accommodating and as long as you do your rental right (get the appropriate insurance) you’re gonna have a great experience.

Had a great experience.

I have rented a car for 9 days. After reading the reviews I was worrided, the car was rather scratched and damaged by the previous drivers. I have taken the car at night and it was cold with fog, so we could not ispect it properly.There were approx. 9 small damages listed on the body, I was able to find at least 3-4 tomorrow.

There were no issues, I was not charged extra and the staff was very polite and helfpul. Beside the exterior being slightly scratched by previous drivers, the car worked great, I had not issues with it.

My wife and I came to visit some family all the way from Texas, this is the second time we rented with Sixt, and it is not enough words to describe their amazing customers service, during my trip I hurt my leg; they were very understanding helping me to add and extra driver over the phone. I’m definitely coming back to Serbia and I’ll use Sixt for sure once again. Thank to Valentina and her team for helping over on every step.
