Hisar is known as "hill of love" by the local folks. It's probably the best place to visit in Prokuplje, and it's in a 15 minutes walking distance from the center of the town. Hill is covered with pine trees, and once was considered a natural hospital for lung diseases. On the top of the hill is the restaurant with a great view built by a famous Dr Savić - he thought it's one of the most beautiful places in whole Serbia.

Place where the restaurant is has the best view in Prokuplje and it's great for a morning coffee and relax time. Actually, that part of the Hisar hill is the second ring of Jug Bogdan fortress from 10th centurie.
