This small memorial carries an important message from the past, which needs remembered more than ever these days.
This is a small camp compared to some German ones, but thousands died here at the Nazi’s hands.
The museum consists of the admin block which is mainly inaccessible and the large living quarters, where the museum itself is housed.
Informative place.

Really interesting place that you definitely should visit if you are near Nis. You can visit everything in 30min but it is better to have more time because there are a lot of interesting informations in every room, there are a lot of details and there are a lot of rooms. True whole building you can smell some kind of strange smell but it adds to atmosphere

The place is a must visit. Its not easy, but its very importent to see and learn the history so that such horiible event as the holocoust will not happen again.

200 entry, 300 for a combined ticket with skull tower (though on the same day in Feb there was noone to charge tickets at skull tower) and also archaeological museum.
Worth every denar, informative(though not perfect transaltions), you get a very good feel for how life was and the devastation.
Lady in admin was kind and chatted to us and gave us more context.

It's a very nice place, but they close earlier than the time written on the door.

I went 4 times, but even though it was not a holiday, it was not open at the specified hours.

And incredible chilling and emotional concentration camp in such well kept condition. This is a very underrated place and is highly recommended to anyone that is passionate about World War II to pay your respects and learn about this rich history.

A very sad place where the Nazi gathered many Serbian, Christian Jewish and Roma and from there they send them to be executed. There is free parking around and it is possible to reach by bus. It is some what not easy for people with disabilities.

Formed by the germans in September 1941, the concentration camp really leaves you speechless and brings you closer to the lives of the victims. Building is well preserved and offers a lot to see and experience. Highly recommend having a tour guide with you whom will talk you through the floors and the planned escape of victims.

The Niš Red Cross Concentration Camp is an essential place to learn about the harrowing history of the Holocaust and the significance of February 12th. It serves as a powerful reminder of the atrocities committed during this dark chapter in human history. Exploring the site, you gain a deep understanding of the importance of commemorating February 12th, a day to honor the victims and never forget the past. It's a solemn, educational, and impactful visit that encourages reflection and remembrance.

Pretty harrowing place to visit but we learnt a lot. It was not busy when we visited but it was winter. The guides were very happy to help and were very knowledgeable.

This is a powerful place to visit that is a close walk to the bus station. I have to say I had no idea about the place, about the history and about Nazism in Serbia in general. It is 200 dinars in and the museum is the main building. The translations are in Serbian and English. I really recommend it to learn about that history.

Not a spot, for the ones, who are too sensitive. Part of Balkan History and especially WW2. Good museum. Loads of facts, displayed over numerous chambers on 3 floors + photos, documents and personal items of the ones who were not there as visotors.

Great place to experience the worst crimes on humanity in modern times.... Well preserved housing and grounds from the WWII period. Lots of pictures and plaques taking the story of this place and the people in it. Very moving to actually go inside the housing quarters. Recommended.

Very well organized and preserved historical WWII monument.

Although there are no guided tours, there are quite a lot of written resources (both in Serbian or English) along with permanent exhibition.

You should reserve at least one hour for the sightseeing if you plan to go (read) throughout all the resources.
