Hotel Crystal Light

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff is simply amazing. The receptionist and waiter at the restaurant were super kind and friendly. Ignore the reviews that say the rooms are small; they are big enough unless you want to play football in them. Breakfast was pretty good. It's such a shame it was raining, so we missed the chance to have breakfast on the balcony with an amazing view. The bathrooms are spacious and clean. The beds and pillows are comfy, unlike many hotels these days. Hope to stay there again next year.

Literally just the coolest and kindest staff. Stay here if you need a place in Nis. The reception helped me with the buses in Nis and was so kind explaining things. The hotel isn’t central but I’ll stay here again next time I’m in Nis! It’s only 10 minutes from the center and the bus costs like 70 euro cents

Any time I visit Nis I choose this hotel for its location spacious comfortable rooms reasonable rates and great service.

The hotel is very nice overall, beautiful decoration, nice clean,comfortable rooms, lovely dinner and breakfast.
The only kind advice is that the receptionists need to improve their problemsolving skills, they were a bit slow. Other than that everything was great!

Very nice hotel. Friendly and polite staff. They got the pool ready for us in a couple of minutes. Maybe some more variety at the breakfast buffet would be nice. All in all great option for road trippers. A lot of private park places with video surveillance. Recommended 100%.

I loved staying in this hotel, the staff were very friendly and attentive. The twin room was a good size and very clean. The best thing about the hotel for me was the food! So much choice and it was so very YUM. Would happily recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay again if in Nis.

Good hotel, very clean, pretty good food, good service. Spa didn't work probably because of the pandemic. There is a conference room and a bigger one for parties. Easy parking.

Nice and quiet hotel with more comfortable.

Most definitely worth visiting. The modern flashy style may not appeal to everybody, however the cleanness, classy restaurant and polite service is at least above average.
