Hotel Novella Uno

I'm rarely rate hotels on Google, but this one is extraordinary. Yes, it's usual hotel near the highway. But their workers do the difference. I made booking for wrong dates. They helped me to cancel it for free and match the price. We arrived after the kitchen was closed - the waiter in the restraint ordered pizza for us in a delivery service! Few more requests to reception were completed in seconds and work smile. Rooms are good here as well though. And large parking is on site.

One of the best places i've ever stayed at. Great rooms, kind staff, delicious food. Would recommend to anyone!

I stayed there on our way from CZ to BG and back in August 2022. There is nothing I could possibly complain about. There is a few things I would like to point out:
- close to the A1 highway
- secured parking
- spacious and clean room
- restaurant
- friendly staff
- supermarket just a few meters on the same side of the road
- you can pay by card everywhere

Very nice hotel with a perfect location and very polite staff.
The rooms are spacious and cozy. We ate at the restaurant, the food is absolutely amazing!! I recommend you try pljeskavica s kajmakom and plněná vesalica.

After arriving early due to quicker than expected greek and macedonia border crossing the morning staff could not be more helpful offering us coffee and rest room prior to our suite being vacated , wow now in room 301 it is outstanding, fantasic shower room sitting area and two double bedrooms i will certainly be stopping here again on my UK to Greece summer trips very very courteous staff the Hotel owner should be proud!
