Raichle Palace

This Art Nouveau Palace is known to be one of the most beautiful and renowned Art Nouveau buildings in Serbia. It was constructed in 1904 as a family home for the Serbian-Hungarian architect Ferenc Raichle.

Four years after Raichle moved in, he went bankrupt and the palace with all its furniture and art was sold at an auction.

Since 1970 the building houses the Modern Art Gallery.

Interesting place to visit. I actually passed it while looking to the map. Its next to the Embassy of Hungary.
This palace was belong to the Serbian-Hungarian architect before got broke and sold it.

Small museum but very beautiful exterior and interior design. They currently have an exhibit by a modern artist. Entrance fee is also affordable (100 din).

Looks really nice from the outside, near city center and big park is across the road. Definitely recommend a place to visit and go inside.

Beautiful building. Real Lendmark

A beautiful Art Nouveau building, finished in 1904, designed by a renowned architect Ferenc Raichle as his own home. It was a museum from1948 to 1969, when it became a home for the gallery of contemporary art, then called "Likovni susret" (literally: "art meeting"). Since few years back, the gallery changed its name to "Savremena galerija" (Gallery of contemporary art). It hosts exhibitions and happenings worth seeing.

Beautiful building with unusual exterior. Located near park where you can sit and enjoy the view.

Jedno od mesta koje treba obavezno videti i doživeti u Subotici, nije mnogo veliko ali je i više nego predivno, maestralno delo Rajhl Ferenca

Prelepo zdanje savremene galerije. Nedeljom ne radi, nisam mogao da je obiđem iznutra, siguran sam da vredi i da ne treba propustiti priliku ukoliko postoji mogućnost obilaska.

A palotát szecessziós stílusban, Raichle Ferenc építtette 1904-ben, ahol családjával lakott és a tervezőirodája is itt volt. Raichle a szecesszió szabadkai meghonosítói közül az egyik legkivételesebb volt. Sajnos 1908-ban csődbe ment és elkobozták minden vagyonát. Ma itt található a Szabadkai Kortárs Galéria, a palota udvarában pedig egy ismert kávézó.

Unbedingt besuchen. Ein Ort mit sehr faszinierender Geschichte, für alle die sich für Sezession und Art Nouevau interessieren.

Odusevljena samom palatom! Zanimljiva istorija njenog tvorca po kome nosi ime.
U palati je smestena savremena galerija tako da smo zatekli i takvu postavku. Ali iza toga moze da se uoce divni detalji koji su deo enterijera same palate.

Ubicado en un edificio precioso, contiene un museo de arte contemporáneo que está bastante bien y es muy barato (100 dinares, tarifa reducida 50). Me dejaron entrar gratis porque la máquina de pagos no funcionaba, y me permitieron guardar mi mochila allí gratuitamente también. Además, ese día más tarde inauguraron una exposición y me dejaron volver más tarde para verla.
