Everything was perfect, the service, the employees, also the environment that was fantastically integrated into nature. A big advantage is that guests can use the lobby and spa area in both hotels.

An outstanding 5 star hotel. All professional and extremely kind staff. Great service by Saša and the others. You can witness that staff love doing their job.
Outdoor pool has a beautiful view at the forest. The spa is also excellent. A real zen and relaxing atmosphere. The food is mostly homemade and extraordinary.

Staying at this hotel was such a great experience! The facilities are all perfect. The SPA is beautiful and we literally had the best massages of our lives - strongly recommend getting a massage here. Another fabulous thing was the food. Buffe and a la cart, can't decide what was best. Every meal was like a taste of heaven. Above all, I need to thank the hotel staff that creates such a pleasant, warm and welcoming atmosphere. We felt so comfortable and like we are at home. Will be visiting again 100%.
The room was very practical, modern and comfortable. Cleanliness is impeccable. The hotel reception knew I was pregnant (as I told them upon booking), and they left me a basket of fruits in the room + a pregnancy pillow that made my sleep the most comfortable it can get! Thank you!

We had the most wonderful weekend. Rooms are super clean, modern, and cozy. Entire hotel is very spacious so it never seems too crowded, stuff is super friendly. We loved the pool, and nature around the hotel is just spectacular . Definitely will come back again.

This hotel is outstanding! From reception to restaurant and pool/spa staff. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. By far the best hotel we’ve ever been to. The rooms are very clean and they have a great play area for kids and the food is good. Would HIGHLY recommend it. We’ll definitely be back.

We came back (January 2024) and I can say that the standard is still outstanding! The service, the rooms, and this time they have a bigger hotel right next to the older one.

We came as a family with our toddlers and we had the family room with a kitchenette and a somewhat private room for the kids. There’s a huge play area for kids, a cinema, and a big olympic pool! I cannot rave enough about this hotel. It’s worth every single penny! They went out of their way to make my husband’s birthday special by giving us a bottle of champagne…

Amazing hotel, spa, location, food and service !!! A must visit vacation spot in Serbia.

I stayed 14 days to visit friends. I had the smallest room(didn't intend to stay in it much) which was very nice, bathroom clean and functional, the mini bar is free and nicely stocked. And I wasn't inconvenienced by a too small shower or anything like that.
I didn't use the Spa much but at not fault of the hotel, I'm just not much of a spa person. There is various pools in the hotel, from a naturally cleaned standard pool, to a large one (I think you call them half Olympic length?) Massages are offered.
Rooms include breakfast and dinner buffet but at all times it was possible for me to order à la carte or ask for something special.
Staff was at all times very friendly to me and accommodated me for my lack of Serbian language proficiency.
There was far too many good moments to pick out a particular one and I'd just like to say thanks to staff and management. I felt really well treated for the duration of my stay.
Just for future reference, most of my experience was for the "old" part of the hotel as a new, larger part is built next door that I can't comment about much. The new part is the only negative I won't pull a star off for. That section seems a bit more chaotic and less of the cozy mountain escape as the original one.

As a tip, I can recommend a trip up to the Rtanj peak. Took us about 3 hours up in a group and 2 hours down. Ask at reception for recommendations!

Wonderful hotel set in a beautiful scenery and nature of Rtanj. Our stay was absolutely delightful - rooms are cozy, there is a decent offer of SPA and wellness services, food is amazing, but the greatest thing about Ramonda is the people. Entire staff is kind and amicable, they will make you feel more than welcome.

We are happily reverting to the Hotel Ramonda and recommending it to everyone who is looking for a peaceful, lovely, and charming place. 🤗
At this point, we are so much thankful to the Chef in the kitchen and his delicious preparation of meals and amusing journey for being so flexible to understand our wishes.

Just book it - you won't be sorry!

We travelled to Rtanj Mountain as a family of 5 and stayed in room 112. A lovely family room with a large balcony and gorgeous view of the outdoor pool.

The hotel is situated at the base of the mountain. We walked up at dawn to avoid the hot July weather. A lovely climb, completed with my 10 and 14 year old children.

The hotel is both modern a traditional and very grand.

The restaurant food was 5* quality.

The pool and spa facilities are some of the best that I've ever experienced. They are extreamely clean, accessible and well managed. We loved the small opening, from the indoor pool, to the outdoor pool. We had a family swim under the stars, in the evening, and made some great memories.

What made our stay so special, in my view, was the staff. They are so approachable, happy to help and welcoming. Nothing is too much to ask.

Finally, I should also mention Mr Mur(the hotel cat) he was the best hotel ambassador. Another nice touch which we thought was very cute.

We will be back again and share with people around us! Thanks a lot Ramonda. Lovely staff and the bigest final touch-people!

Stayed at this place for 4 nights and had lots of fun, super kind respectful and just friendly staff. Upon checking out we received a personally written letter about how much they enjoyed having us as guests. Truly the best hotel in Serbia and defiantly worth a visit. The hotel cares for the surrounding nature, and hires local staff to assist the small surrounding community. A place that just cares about people, good service, and the environment.

Great hotel and great hospitality. Staff is professional and always there to help. Pool is open most of the day which is great. You can rent quad, bike or walk mountains. Only one minor problem I had was with paying on reception, since pay pass was not working. Definitely coming back
