Hertz Car Rental - Belgrade Airport

I experienced a great car rental with Hertz at Belgrade airport.

The car (Toyota Yaris) was clean and only had some small scratches. Picking up and dropping off the car was very quick and the staff was very friendly.

We had a great car rental experience with Hertz rent a car company at Serbia Nikola Tesla airport.

The Kia Stonic 2023 model car we rented was very clean. I had no problems receiving and delivering the vehicle. My transactions were completed very quickly. The authorization fee collected during rental was refunded to my account within 3 days. I thank them very much. We recommend it to everyone.

I had booked on the Hertz website...I had called up directly beforehand to enquire about available cars and booked accordingly in website. After a short wait in the que at the Hertz rental kiosk, was able to complete the formalities quickly and given clear indications about car pick up from adjacent garage. Got a brand new car...drove it for 10 days..no issues whatsoever. The return process was also very smooth and quick. The deposit in the credit card was cancelled immediately upon return. Be sure to take the same credit card with you with which u have paid online, the car rental kiosks are outside the main airport building ( as airport is being renovated) next to the car garage and make sure to take pics/ videos of the car before u pick up.

The process was well organised. The ordered vehicle was available, in good condition. The administrator was willing to help.

I reserved for two times with Hertz at the airport and both reservations were perfectly!
Very professionell and engaged employees - especially Ana is doing a great job.
