Helped me get a last minute car. Even answered my email promptly at 23:00. Got a great car, for a good price will everything included. No extra fees or charges. Service was very friendly as well. Would recommend and use again.

The company has good will to please their customer although they have their limitation (e.g. communication, breakdown recovery). They are trustworthy as well.

I'm a tourist visiting Serbia (center and western part) for 2 weeks.
When everything works then it is good: getting the car, giving back the deposit (I gave cash in Euro, they returned the exact cash), very reasonable valuation on the wear & tear upon returning car, responsive in WhatsApp chat/call, I got relatively new car (3-4 years old), reasonable rental price & deposit amount.

It is a local company with limited coverage on breakdown recovery. The common business practice in here is that flat tire or car towed is renter's responsibility (be careful when parking). Be patient and resourceful as you don't speak the language especially when you are travelling out of cities.

I had couple ocassions that were not pleasant experience but we managed to reach an agreement. I recommend this car rental company.

Better to use VIP Mobile to have your data plan
You'd need police report to waive the cost of accident although it is "full coverage" (I don't experience this)
Don't go off-road.

Really friendly staff and great customer service. They helped us out with a last minute rental when another car agency fell through. The car was new, clean and was perfect for getting around. Highly recommend to anyone renting a car in Serbia.

We rented a car at Menadžer to do a 23-days long trip to visit our family in Serbia and travel to Greece on a vacation. I have only good words for the people and the service that this company provides.

Initially we came in contact with Nebojša, and communication with him was fast, simple and we got all the information we needed. Something that we highly value is that the rental process is simple and transparent, and that he made sure that we understood every aspect of it.

He also recommended a good vehicle that we could use, and of course everything was as agreed. The car was in mint technical condition and we received all the documents and equipment one needs in order to be able to travel to countries such as Greece and North Macedonia.

Our flight to Belgrade was severely delayed (multiple times), and we were constantly in contact with Nebojša and Jovan, who assured us that someone would be waiting for us to pick up the car no matter what. In the end, we arrived and received the car, and everything went smoothly in spite of the 6+ hours delay and us arriving at 5am in the morning.

After our trip, we delivered the car back and got our deposits. Again, everything went smoothly and we had plenty of time left to board the plane and fly back home.

We are very satisfied with how this car rental went, and we never stressed about anything knowing that Nebojša and Jovan were always a phone call away should we need anything.

I will surely continue to work with Menadžer Rent-a-car in the future!

I deeply regret not renting a car from this company.

I had the worst rental car experience with Unirent. I purchased insurance before renting the car and confirmed multiple times with their staff that it covered all damages. However, when I returned the car, their staff charged me 300 euros for a “small scratch” on the vehicle after “carefully inspecting” it.

I hope that anyone who wants to rent a car from Unirent in the future will consider it carefully.

When we were looking for a car to rent for our holiday in Serbia, we easily opted for Menadžer Rent-a-car for various reasons.

First of all, it was very easy to make a deal with them as the employees were very polite and provided all the necessary information. Very smooth pick up too.

Secondly, they have very competitive prices. They are much cheaper than most of the competition but they do have an all inclusive service with full insurance. We left a deposit and got it back when we returned the car.

Thirdly, they were also quite flexible regarding our arrival and departure times especially when our return flight got cancelled less than 24h before the initial departure plan.

As for the car, it was clean and in very good shape. We went on a road trip around Serbia and we didn't have any problems whatsoever.

I do recommend this rent-a-car agency as they are very reliable.

I rent from Menadzer whenever I need a rental car in Belgrade and I can't recommend them enough, the prices are competitive and the service is fantastic. A+++, two thumbs up, etc...

Very good experience with this rent a car. Reservation and pick up passed very smoothly. I took Reno Clio, and car was in good condition. Not a problem during the 8 days of driving.
Return was fast and easy. Totally recommend.

I am highly recommend Menadžer Rent-a-car. In spite of the missing information about arrival time from the order form, they were capable to deliver a car in very short time. I am satisfied with the service and car they rent to me and would come again.

They put awesome winter tires on the car, it came 30cm snow in Belgrade and we never had to use the snow chains. The Toyota Aygo was moving better in the snow than my Kia Sorento does in Sweden

Good service. Nice car. 30euro/day 250deposit. Driving in Belgrade is easy with google maps. If u live in a hotel to the center try to find a parking area close to hotel.

Great service and very friendly. No waiting times, very efficient and had no issues collecting the car past midnight after working hours (only a fair €15 surcharge). No additional fees for crossing borders etc. Also got a free upgrade which was quite nice of them. Would definitely rent again and can recommend it.

Excellent service, new and well equipped cars, modest prices. Staff are very proffesional and open to any kind of agreement. I usually prefer large chain rental companies, but this was actually very pleasant surprise. Strong reccomendation.

Rented a car (golf vii 1.2) for a week. Left deposit 500 eur. The car was very good and the service was polite and friendly.

Amazing service, amazing prices, was less than half price than all competition. Zlatco was very helpful and kind. Do yourself a favor, use menadzer rent a car.

This people are serious about renting and the price is final, no hidden fees such as insurance and God knows what else, never mind the price is already lowest in Serbia ...friendly and professional, so renting here is no brainer! Thank you and see you again very soon!
