Great service, full insurance, not deposit,
Skoda rapid for 30 euro per day is barging.
Ok number plate from Montenegro but is not problem .
Car is not washed bat I didn’t book in advance and I need to wait . Was a busy day and guys give it to me and ask if I won’t just been return.
Two brothers from Priboj(Sreten) Was excellent ,fast and professional.
On return no hassle, everything is done few minutes just like in Spain.
Definitely I will return to this place thanks.

I was using this rental agency for 2y but last time I had very bad experience. Apparently, there is an extra cost if you are taking car out of working hours, but it’s not stated anywhere else in the booking. So I booked car with precise arrival time (23:30) and they asked for additional 50€ at Belgrade airport, when I was about to take the car. Should I mention that total rental cost for 2 weeks is 55€ since I’m frequent user. Information about this doesn’t exist on my booking!!! Very disappointing, next time I’ll take another service.

Skoda Rapid yerine Dacia Logan verdiler ve aynı sınıf araç olduğunu söylediler. Bunu DiscoverCar da söyledi. Ancak aynı araç değil bana göre. Araç havuzlarından başka araç istememe rağmen yardımcı olmadılar. Egea verebilirlerdi. Başka araç olabilirdi. Dacia ile Skoda marka olarak bir mi yani!

Bütün bunlara rağmen nazik ve ilgili davrandılar. Araç rahatsızdı, sürmesi keyifli değildi. Yine de programımız var diye ve parayı ödedik diye mecburen aracı kabul ettim.

Cheaters. Worst service ever. In Istanbul, I returned the car, the guy checked it and said it’s okay except it needs to be cleaned which should be in the service anyway. He wrote some things in Turkish and after I asked him is everything ok he said yes, no problem at all. Then they took 95% of my deposit.
Avoid this car rental.

This is THE WORST rentacar agency I have ever seen. Very unprofessional and not responsive at all. Never, ever use them!!! They charged for online reservation and didn’t send any confirmation, so basically they stole my money from the credit card and they keep ignoring this situation, not answering my emails at all.

Terrible experience!!!!!!
They charged my credit card 15days after I returned full insured car without contacting me!
Rented car had a massive bank logo on the front doors!
