My daily place to visit, walk and breath the freshest air you can imagine, peace and harmony just to be there, I recommend everyone to visit the mountain of Kosmaj between the 2 cities Mladenovac and Sopot in Serbia.

Place near Belgrade which you should visite either if you like nature or sacral architecture of medieval Serbia (there are two monasteries on the slops of this mounitain). Also few monuments on path/park which leads to second largest pick of this mountain. Great view on this part of Serbia, mountain Avala...

Beautiful place if you like nature. A short and easy hike if you go with the car all the way to the football field. You can also find quite a few places/benches to just seat and chill.

Nice day trip out of Belgrade. I'd recommend dropping the car off at the Tresije Monastery at the bottom of Kosmaj and hiking up. It will take about 45min to get to the main monument and then another 30min to come back down. Disclaimer, there is no clear view from the top, just the monument.

There is a couple more things we added to our day trip here: Avala Tower and the Kabinet Brewery is very close.

Nice place to go easy hiking through the the woods. Don't go there if it's raining. If it's raining, you can go to the top by car. There is legal road to the top. There is also restaurant on the top of the hill.

The nearest mountain of capital city Beograd. Good for walking, there is a nice balcony with panoramic view. Also there is monument from second world War.
