There is a lot of parking space, in the bottom of the hill where monastery is located.
U can find souvenir shop next to monastery, with extremely acceptable prices.

Stunning place, remember to be respectful amd wear pants before entering.

First of all, the road to the monastery from the city center is excellent, asphalt, small climbs but not passionate. the monastery itself delighted me, both the monastery and the location where it is located. I recommend everyone who passes through Novi Pazar to stop by, they will not regret it.

When I was there for the first time, I was actually stunned. This whole complex on the hilltop is amazing, you can enjoy the peacefulness that can only be interrupted by a bird song. A beautiful place with historical and religious value. Burial place of Serbian king Dragutin Nemanjic. It really doesn’t matter what religion you are, it would be a shame not to visit it.

Đurđevi Stupovi is a Serbian Orthodox monastery located in the vicinity of today's city of Novi Pazar, in the Raška region of Serbia.The monastery is located near Novi Pazar, on the top of a prominent elevation covered with woods. It was erected in ca. 1170 as an endowment of Grand Prince Stefan Nemanja, dedicated to St. George; it is known as the "Tracts of St. George",

"This Serbian Orthodox Monastery is located in the very near Novi Pazar, in the Raška region of Serbia. It lies on top of an accessible elevation surrounded by woods. It is known as the “Tracts of St. George” and was erected in ca. 1170. According to medieval chronicles and manuscripts, it is exceptional for its position, significance and its architecture. It was commissioned by Stefan Nemanja, who dedicated this church to St. George for letting him out of the dungeon-cave, in which his brothers put him."

This place is located on the top of the hill and from the view before you come close is protected by the trees. It is peacefull and worth visiting.

Its must visit place in Novi Pazar, monastery is in very good condition and the place is on top, you can enjoy the view

Definately worth seeing, it has a good vibe and a lot of work is being done to restore this place. You can enjoy pretty views on the way here
