I can't remember a more senseless experience in my life than dealing with this shop. I ordered a book and entered the delivery address, only to receive an e-mail after placing the order that shipping to Ireland is expensive, so it would be better if I had someone in Bosnia or Serbia to send it to them. I answered that I needed the book and that it was not a problem to pay the shipping no matter how much it was, so I got the answer that the book was no longer in stock. Then I pretend to be stupid, so I ask my sister to try to buy a book, and she gets the same answer: that it would be better if she had someone in Bosnia and that the postage depends on the books she buys. She sends a list of books and never gets a reply.
In summary, a web shop that offers delivery abroad because all countries are available in the order options, but they do not send abroad because the postage is high (although you pay it in advance, so they cannot be at a loss). They advise you to have someone in Bosnia. I plan to order a professional hand-forged chef's knife from Japan soon. Imagine getting a reply that shipping is expensive and would be easier if I had someone there. Besides, what if I have someone in Bosnia? That someone has to send me the book again, so I will pay the postage anyway. What logic is that?
