Hotel Grand Kopaonik

The last time I went here was almost 20 years ago. It used to be old and small. Since then, this hotel has changed owner two times and has been renovated. It’s now an amazing place with really good value for money, right next to the ski centre! The food is 5 star quality, staff are friendly and the facilities are really good. You get buffet breakfast and dinner, spa, gym, swimming pool (included a heated outdoor one). I will return here every year from now on.

Please buy/check baby-chairs for restaurants from ikea(the cheapest ones)

This was my 2nd time in this hotel. Everything was very good.
Spa was great, breakfast and dinner were very good.
This is a bit pricy, however costs all the money. One of the best options in area.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Buffet breakfast and dinner with variety of food. Fully equipped gym and high quality spa and pool. Definitely recommended.

I've stayed for business purposes,the accommodation and service was excellent.Indoor and outdoor swimming pool was perfect to spend some free time,sauna and spa was so relaxing.

We were here for the first time, and it was unbelievable . The hotel location is absolutely incredible, and at the hotel service staff and the quality of the food offered was amazing. We are definitely coming back.

Probably the best hotel in kopaonik , the price this year isn't that much more expensive then other worse hotels . The location is amazing , Food is great , would recommend

We had a great time. The staff was extremely helpful, they even upgraded our room for free and gave us a nice big apartment. The food was great and delicious. The gym is brand new with tons of equipment and the spa center was awesome, especially the heated outside pool. The location couldn't be better. 10/10!

Very poor experience in 2021. Out of 7 days, 4 days there was no water supply almost through entire day. This was for new year holidays. 4 star hotel should provide cold and hot water supply 24/7. Not sure how they maintain this categorization. We complained several times but no appropriate reaction from hotel staff, the response was that it is the general problem with entire hotel. Either staff was uninformed or simply not telling the truth as while talking with other guests we were told that some of them did not face this issue at all, depending on room location. Have to mention good sides. Comparing to last year, it is visible that hotel had major refurbishment and joint areas like lobby and spa look really good so this is a plus. Food was really good, waiter staff attentive and location is superb. Bath shower in the room was so narrow, not sure how some guests can enter the shower having in mind it opens inward and is extremely shallow. Last low light is the pedestrian area in front of the hotel towards the ski slope and access street on the other side. It is unacceptable for hotel that classifies itself this level to allow those areas to be fully covered with mud. All lowlights we would be ok with except part with water supply and fact that the hotel did not do anything to compensate for it. Not sure that we will come back, paying premium for camping experience.

Had to update the review. After bad experience few years ago we returned. Have to say that service was great and staff did their best to support me after ski injury. Reception guys even found and gave me crutches to use while there. Great example how impression can change 180 degrees.

It's not really near the Ski center but the best at Service and the Rooms are Beautiful

Impeccable rooms and conference facilities with very luxurious and modern design,kind and professional staff. Various foods at buffet breakfast (literally three kinds of grilled mushrooms, an amazing variety of local and ethnic meats, cheapest and pastry. Perfect service even out of skiing season.

I highly recommend staying at Grand Hotel if you're looking for a comfortable and modern accommodation. The rooms are spacious and nicely done, with a great view on the mountains. The hotel also has a wonderful spa & wellness facility that is definitely worth checking out. And if you're looking for great food, be sure to visit The Garden, their à la carte restaurant. With all these amenities, you won't be disappointed!

Amazing hotel! The rooms are modern and clean, the bed is soft yet hard and the bathroom is spacious. The hotel areas for lunch, balcony, and indoor restaurant areas are great! It also has a swimming pool, sauna, and gym.

From the moment you walk in, to when you leave, service at the Grand Hotel is exceptional.

I have appreciated the small gestures of hotel’s dedicated teams (front desk, ski valet, Garden and Grand Salon), starting with vouchers for a massage and dinner at the French restaurant. Amazing service, amazing kindness, overall so very happy with this lovely place.

Amazing experience! We've been offered free upgrade to Junior suite because we had two small babies. Customer experience exceeded our expectations. Big thanks to all the staff. Looking forward to visit again.

From the start, by entering in the hotel to the last moment.
Staff,room, hygiene, hotel interior with warm colors.. so relaxing and pleasant stay. We will be back for sure!

There is nothing negative to say about establishment prer se. Awesome hotel, great rooms, great staff... Even though you can get lost roaming around this huge hotel 😉.
The one thing i am not so sure about. But that doesn't have anything to do with Holet "Grand".

Still best hotel at Kopaonik. Great service, rooms are clean and complete facility provides everything you need.

The hotel is well located, right next to the ski lifts. The room was spacious, clean and we had all amenities that we needed. Staff was friendly and very helpful and it is quite easy to communicate in english and in bulgarian.
Only thing to be aware of is the fact that the treats left in the room (ships, sweets, pretzels, etc.) are not free and quite pricy, so you are better off buying them from a nearby shop.

Evrything was just fine. Tasty and a lot of different types of dishes.Polite and always helpful stuff. Access to the ski room and cable care directly from the hotel.
