Natural History Center Svilajnac

Interesting place, nicely done exhibitions, both inside and outdoor. Great place to spend day with a family. Great exhibitions, interesting and educative at the same time.
Close to the main highway through Serbia, can also be a nice place to take some rest and lunch in the Center's restaurant. Highly recommended place.

It is a well organized exhibition. The Natural History center consists of a dino exhibition, volcano exhibition, a gift shop, a cafe-restaurant and a play room for children. A great place to spend a few hours, especially during bad weather conditions, whether you are alone, with your friends or with your family / children. It's accessible by car and parking is NOT free. They have an entrance fee (find more information on their website).

Small but great experience for adults and children. We enjoyed it very much.

Odlicno. Ljubazno osoblje. Prostran I veliki prostor kako u zatvorenom tako I u otvorenom delu. Parking je uredjen I veliki ispred objekta. Predlozena staza za setanje kroz muzej je super. Restoran je takodje dobar. Cene su pristupacne.

Best object of this kind in Serbia. Great and polite staff. Free parking in front of the museum. 4,5€ ticket for adults and 3€ for kids. There is small café and big restaurant that is more like a mess hall. Place for little ones to play with toys, draw or play in the send. Good exhibition inside the object and in the yard great animal sculptures. Overall great place for a 2-3 hours adventure for kids.

Amazing park! Our 4 year old enjoyed all the instalations. Dinosaur volcano, rock's and lot more. Recomanded for families with small kids...

Deserves a 10min ride off the highway Belgrade - Nish. Located in Svilajnac, 10km from the on-the-road McDonald's.

Its a great collection od dinosaur models and this area's geological history. Really woth seeing. On the spot parking and a really decent restaurant inside.

A really great natural history museum of perfect size for a casual family visit. It has a restaurant with a pretty decent offer and low price. Outside park is also fun enough for small children to have fun for at least half an hour.

Kids are delighted by this place. They are talking about it all the time. Everything is so realistic, well done.

Pleasant surprise hidden in a small town. Didn't expect it to be a properly designed and made museum. They are exhibiting a good number of dinosaur skeletons, true size replicas of some of the most interesting ones, as well as a collection of minerals in the geology section. I think it is very informative for both children and adults. Staff is polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommending.

Very qualified, frindly and professional staff. Young people who speak English and are willing to cooperate. They offer lectures, exhibitions, workshops and film projections.

Amazingly modern and up to date with scientific data and lively exhibitions! The life size dinosaur replicas are amazing! Enough things to see if you are both a kid or adult! With a cafe and a kids playground. And it has a conference hall modernly equipped for all kinds of events.

Interesting artefacts, lots of stuffed animals, dinos in original size and park for children. Restaurant was fun for kids, employees were more than kind during whole our visit. Children were satisfied and continuously asking for visit again. Recommended not just for kids, you'll never too old to learn new things.

Amazing place for kids, families, people who are keen on science. People who work here are extra positive and kind. If you are passing by Svilajnac you should definitelly stop by at this place to learn something, have a coffee or tasty "dino" meal...

Great place, not only for children. You can see animals from Africa, lots of minerals, animals from serbian place and, of course, different kind of dinosaurus...

Bring your kids for fun educational day about dinosaurs. Be ready to learn all about dinosaurs and if you do bring kids they will have many questions.

Great place if you want to show your kids how the life on Earth came to be. Note that there is no English transcription available, and I'm not sure if they can offer you a translator or a guide. You may want to check this before visiting. Otherwise, a pleasant experience!
