Everything is great about this place!
Accommodation, cleanliness, location. The host is great and extremely hospitable and welcoming. Always in a good mood to suggest great places to visit. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Parking is available. Would sugges anyone to book their stay here.

The only place I Will stay if I make my way to Niş again. Clean rooms, lots of free hot beverages and a helpful great guy named Milan

Location is just excellent. Close to the city center but again peacefull and quiet. And it has a parkign spots. There is a wifi, various tv channels and coffee. Rooms are clean and neat with comfy beds. Host is a cool and frendly person always willing to help. Highly recommended!

This is an excellent hotel right in the center of Niš. The host is very kind and friendly and the place is clean and well-maintained. We'll definitely come back again!

Super vriendelijke host. Very good service, bigger room, car private parking. So good information about city. The room was nice warm and clean at arrival. I would come here again! There is small watercooker for quick making a cup of tea or
coffee .
Nice was the history of the house, we went the 5 stars restaurant Stambolijski to eat traditional meal.

Close by the city easy walk.

Really comfortable and affordable accommodation, it is located in a really welcoming part of naissos.Milan, the host was a great guy, I wish I could stay more but I'll definitely be back!

Odličan smeštaj,povoljne cene,sve super

Bardzo ładny stary domek, wygodne i czyściutkie pokoje, recepcja pomocna. Pan Milan czekał na nas przed domkiem, wszystko wytłumaczył, na wiadomości odpowiadał natychmiast. Lokalizacja świetna, bliziutko centrum. W nocy cicho i spokojnie, bezpieczny parking.

Çok merkezi. Çok konforlu ve temiz. Niš'te bir eviniz varmış gibi... Milan mükemmel bir evsahibi. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

Аутентична кућа из турског периода, саграђена око 1860их година. Данас под заштитом државе као споменик културе. Прелепо очувана и професионално реконструисана. Део је културног наслеђа Старог Ниша.

Собе су велике и простране. Кревет изузетно удобан. У објекту постоји чајна кухиња и фрижидер, који су доступни свим гостима.
Локација објекта је одлична, што се тиче близине центра града, али не треба очекивати много од околине јер је окружен високим зградама. Сама кућа је, по речима власника, реплика турске амбасаде из 19. века, због чега има аутентичан изглед.
Паркинг је обезбеђен.

Апартманот се наоѓа на супер локација. На само неколку чекори од супермаркети, пекари воедно се што ти е потребно. Апартманот е супер чист. Сопственикот е супер пријателски расположен и услужлив. Приватен паркинг со бесплатен интернет.

Lokacija je na samo par minuta od centra grada. Cisto, prostrano i konforno. Obezbedjen parking, profeionalno i ljubazno osoblje. Svaka preporuka.

Vicino al centro, camere spaziose, pulite, proprietario disponibile. Una buona idea x non spendere troppo e stare in un luogo più che dignitoso.

Nikakvih zamjerki, sve u najboljem redu, čista 5.
