Am fost într-o zi de Sâmbătă, să schimb o cartelă prepay, veche de peste 10 ani, nefuncțională de cateva zile. Organizarea serviciilor, pe baza de bon de ordine, mi s-a parut interesantă. Problema mea s-a rezolvat pe loc, gratis, doar cu prezentarea C.I. Personal amabil, atmosferă plăcută, zonă de așteptare amenajată! Recomand!

Daca vrb de sediul din centru ...super angajatii..comunicativi...
Daca vorbim de Mall Electro..gretosi...fara chef..respingatori ...cu putin in fața mea ..a fost respins alt om...avand nevoie de o cartela sim..pusi pe drum la alte agenti..

O vizita reusita! :-) Persoana amabila care a ascultat necesitatile mele si a modificat in cateva minute abonamentul. Multumesc mult pt ajutor!

Persoane putine in incinta (care este aerisita), personal care nu accepta accesul fara masca de protectie. Gel dezinfectant la intrare. Felicitari!
