Clean, modern rooms, comfortable beds. Free parking along the driveway (not in full view of the road). Breakfast was tasty and good value (we couldn't finish it, so wrapped half of it up to go).

Also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. Great food - we had the lamb pastrami, paprika pork stew with sausage, both served with cornbread, and pancakes with cheese and raisins. Would happily get it all again.

Perfect view with restaurant round the corner, free parking on the front. Room was spacious staff was friendly, comfortable beds and great large shower. Perfect if you have travelled the fagaras mountains. Kid friendly and very quiet! Highly recommend 👌

The hotel is quite nice, clean spacious rooms and the staff was welcoming. The only thing we were really missing was a hairdryer and a mini fridge. Although there is a communal fridge on the hallway that you can use. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel where you can grab a bite as well. However, there is not much to do around here unless you have a car but it's a nice place to stop by if you are on a roadtrip.

We totally recommend this hotel is very clean, cozy and the bed is really confortable. The host is really friendly and helpful. Also they have sufficient parking spots which is good if you come by car. The hotel is really close to Balea Lac with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
Also the food in the restaurant is really good.

The hotel is very nice, recently opened, with modern amenities. When you sit inside your room, you feel like you are in a hotel from a big city, only when you go outside and see the hills covered with forests you remember that you are actually near the tallest mountains in Romania. This place is a good choice for anyone interested in exploring the famous Transfagarasan road and all the other landmarks from the area. Food is also good, with local and international specialties on the menu and the hosts are great people.

Great hotel, modern and spacious rooms, very friendly hosts. The outside terrace and restaurant offers delicious traditional food and a somewhat fancy vibe in an otherwise rustic environment, at affordable prices. There are plenty of sights in the area, including the breathtaking Vidraru Lake, the Poienari fortress and, of course, the iconic Transfagarasan road.

I haven't eaten such good papanasi in a long time. 5 stars! The jam is homemade, raspberries and blueberries. Good stuff!

A fost un sejur de neuitat datorita ospitalitatii gazdelor, totul a fost la superlativ, mancarea excelenta, in camere o curatenie exemplara si foarte cald . De Craciun am avut parte de muzica live si multa voie buna si o portie de soricccc de la taierea porcului. O recomand cu drag tuturor.

Am petrecut un Revelion minunat alături de niște gazde deosebite. Totul a fost de nota 10: camere foarte curate, căldură, mâncare, personal plăcut și foarte atent. Recomand aceasta locație tuturor.

O locație peste așteptări. Realitatea este una impresionanta. Camere foarte spațioase și curate, dotate cu tot ceea ce este necesar, terasa exterioara pentru a te bucura de un peisaj și un aer îmbietor. Mâncarea tradițională foarte gustoasa și atent preparată. Personal foarte amabil. Parcare la dispoziția clienților.

Este o cazare bună.
Am petrecut două nopți.
Am optat pentru această cazare deorece este aproape de Vidraru și ne-a oferit un preț bun raportat la calitatea serviciilor.

Personalul fffff amabil si dragut!!! Mancarea a fost delicioasa, iar Crenguța si Sebastian doi oameni deosebiti care empatizeaza foarte mult cu clientii!!! ! Sunt super profi! Va multumim foarte mult pentru amabilitatea si primirea oferita! V-om reveni cu drag!!! Locatie fabuloasa,personal minunat, mancare delicioasa... sejur minunat! 🤗

Am avut o experiență minunată la Hotelul Spell din Arefu și nu pot să laud suficient serviciile și facilitățile oferite de acest loc. Am petrecut câteva zile acolo, participând la un tabără și nu am putea fi mai mulțumiți de experiența noastră.

În primul rând, trebuie să menționez că ospitalitatea personalului a fost deosebită. Am fost întâmpinați cu un zâmbet călduros și cu o atitudine prietenoasă, ceea ce ne-a făcut să ne simțim instantaneu bineveniți. Personalul a fost mereu disponibil și atent la nevoile noastre, fiind mereu gata să ne ofere ajutor și să răspundă la întrebările noastre.

Mâncarea servită în restaurantul hotelului a fost absolut delicioasă. Am avut parte de o varietate de preparate culinare, care ne-au încântat papilele gustative. Bucatele erau proaspete, bine pregătite și prezentate cu atenție la detalii. Ne-am putut bucura de gustări sățioase și sănătoase, precum și de deserturi delicioase, care ne-au satisfăcut pofta de dulce. Personalul de servire a fost mereu prompt și amabil, oferindu-ne recomandări și asigurându-se că suntem mulțumiți de experiența noastră culinară.

Facilitățile hotelului au fost, de asemenea, excelente pentru activitățile noastre de tabără. Spațiile de cazare au fost confortabile și curate, oferindu-ne un loc plăcut pentru odihnă și relaxare după o zi plină de activități. De asemenea, locația hotelului, înconjurată de peisaje frumoase și natură, a fost un plus în ceea ce privește atmosfera relaxantă și prietenoasă.

În concluzie, recomand cu încredere Hotelul Spell din Arefu pentru activitățile de tabără si nu numai. Ospitalitatea caldă, mâncarea delicioasă și facilitățile excelente vor asigura o experiență de neuitat. Cu siguranță vom reveni cu plăcere în viitor pentru a ne bucura din nou de frumusețea acestui loc minunat.
