Impressive gate which stands tall at the entrance of the Alba Iulia citadel grounds. This is the first of 3 gates that lead to the entrance to the citadel itself.

While most of it is the original piece, some of the sculptures visible on the walls and on the top of the gate have been restored and remade in recent years.
