I visited the clinic with my dog, who had problems with urination. The dog was diagnosed with stones in the bladder and urethra. It was recommended to push the stones from the urethra into the bladder and then schedule an operation to remove the stones from the bladder.
During one anesthesia, the dog had stones removed from his bladder and neutered for medical reasons (operated by Dr. Carst). There were some complications after the operation, so the dog remained in the hospital for several days. During this time, doctors called me and talked about the condition of my dog and invited me to come and check on him. After I took the dog home, the doctors called me every day and asked about his condition. 2 weeks after the surgery, his stitches were removed, and after another 2 weeks, he fully recovered.
Throughout the entire treatment, the doctors always made contact and answered all my questions, and during the visit, I saw how well they treated my dog. Also, all the staff speak English very well.
The only negative is the very high prices, but for me, the main thing is that they helped my dog, and he is entirely healthy.

Best pet hospital in Bucharest. We came on a Sunday with our cat and got the best care. I truly believe he wouldn't be alive right now if I didn't come here with him...

I went with my cat who has a heart condition. The doctor Andrei Tutuneanu was very gentle with my cat, thorough with the exam and took the time to explain everything in details that i could understand. I recommend them 100% so far.

Quick visit for a cardio checkup before sterilizing our dog. The doctor was very engaging, provided lots of details and ultimately did a thorough job to make sure everything was going to be ok. Communication with the clinic was also really good.
The experience for the pup was a little bit rough, but she is not a fan of the vet 🤣

We've had a great experience here when we came with our cat (he was severally anemic and not properly treated for his recently discovered diabetes)
For the first time (it's the 3rd pet hospital we've tried in a month) we've felt like we could actually *talk* to our doctor and decide together what is best for our cat.
From what we've experienced, the personnel is skilled and polite, very helpful and overall great people.
Everything about the hospital is amazing: it's clean and spatious, has separate waiting rooms for cats / dogs, has a great lab and a few parking spaces.
We're recommending Pet Stuff to every pet owner we know.

Our dog is a regular at Pet Stuff. They have very good doctors. Incredibly helpful that they have an emergency room. We trust that they will do all the necessary tests before diagnosis and will not recommend anything that is not needed just to make a sale.

Nice and fast and professional and protective for the little 🐈😺 we kept a 1 yo boy #Picobe for the night, respiratory arrest, but everything went well and took him next day, better. 1000 lei, including oxygen and blood and belly investigations. It was Saturday, we get them back Sunday. So yes, it is open 24 hours 7 days a week.

The personnel is very friendly with the animals. Our pet was well taken care of.

We came initially for a second opinion; from another area of the city; we remained here with “full services”. Including ambulance and emergency services: e.g injuries following a car accident.

Clean and tidy, homey and friendly, with alloted parking spaces, spacious indoor spaces with professional, patient, friendly and informative personnel. They treaded our dog with a smile on their faces, very friendly and patient with him and us.

It is a beautiful and comfortable place for animals. The staff are very nice and professional. They took care of Hugo, our dog. The doctors explained all the details about him. They tried to make him feel at home with a good meal, a long walk and play. His doctor Cristian Cristea is an excellent veterinarian, very empathetic and attentive. A good and proper solution was always found for my cat when I was at Pet Stuff. I warmly recommend Dr. Ruxandra Tenia who, every time, proves a high degree of profesionalism, warmth and empathy for my scared and difficut cat.

We had a great experience with our German Shepard, the Doctors where warm and they provided us with tons of information and a diagnosis that cured our dog ( we got to Pet Stuff after 1 month of bad diagnosis and a very sick dog ).

I go here with both my cats, until yesterday we only went there for routine check ups and vaccinations. Yesterday my younger cat fell from the 4th floor during the night, we rushed to Pet Stuff and as per usual they were extremely helpful and treated Jinx amazingly well. They had her under supervision over night, they took x rays and did all the check ups necessary to make sure she is good. I would highly recommend the hospital if you ever have an emergency.
