We were extremely happy with the quality of comfort we received in the room.
The bed, furniture and decorations were luxurious.
I can firmly say that this hotel offered us the best experience for the fairest prices.
They had spa slippers, leather shoe shine brushes, the heating in the room could be setup to individual preferences (unlike other hotels with central heating), shampoo was plentiful, the bathroom was very elegantly designed.
Our local friends said that the chef has the best reputation in town.
Customer service was very attentive & helpful at every step.
We felt like we were at a holiday resort.
We will always stay here during our future visits to Botosani.

This is our first time visit in Romania, despite all the reviews that I read before our booking. I found that this hotel is very nice. Located in a remote forest area. Nice, clean and quiet away from the busy city. All the staff are very professional and friendly. The most importantly the food is amazing. I would travel here just for that food. It is at the right priced.

The room was quite spacious and the food very good. (dinner & breakfast). Staff was ok. Need to be aware that English is not standard - but it’s working. Location is super! One thing to know: there is no elevator!

Rooms are big and clean and the price is reasonable. The only little inconvenience would be the lack of an elevator.

The food is not cheap, but it's delicious, I would totally recommend both the hotel and the restaurant.

I give it 5 stars because the quality of some of the main dishes is excellent. Also the portion sizes are quite big. However, at times the service is a bit slow and the difference between any two distinct members of staff is quite big, perhaps they should implement a training program. Moreover, I find the soups here lacking in quality. They are Indeed on the cheaper side, but I'd rather pay a bit extra for a good "ciorbă". I've tried the lamb roast and it's absolutely delicious. Also the duck.

Nice food, nice location, near a forest. The employees need, though, a little bit more knowledge about the dishes in the menu in case that a customer needs recommendations. Not many options for a vegan.
