The Casino's Promenade

Perfect place for walking, for feeling the beautiful energy of the sea, for fill your eyes with nature’s wonders. Love this place, the stones, the birds, the waves, the way your sight is fully calm watching the line where the sky kisses the sea… Also you can visit the Aquarium which is very nice specially for kids. The Casino is still closed for renovations.

Today in România we have celebrated a very special day, the international day of romanian Marina, and also SFÂNTA MARIA, the end of the regim without meat, because us cristians have this religious tradisions. Also we could see a part of the romanian flote of army. It was a great day, ending with good food in cool restaurante that us can offer for all the turist from the whole globe. We wait for you all to visit our amazing seaside.

Nice historical place to visit! Right now (febrary 2023) under construction. I hope that by the summer it will be as new. Great place to have nice walk near the see.

One of the most unique places in all of Romania. A wonderous sight to see with the sea next to this imposing beautifully made art nouveau building, one of the few buildings to implement this style as it was short lived at the beginning of the 20th century. It immediately transports you back to that time and age when it used to be, as the name implies, a place for the high rollers sailing the black sea, a casino. Later on, during the communist period it served as a restaurant and events hall and after spending some years in ruin it is now being renovated to soon become a cultural center.
Next to the casino there is a small aquarium that the kids will definitely love.
As for the promenade, it spreads along the casino so you can get a clear view of this masterpiece from either side. On one side it leads to the old city center of Constanta and the naval port and on the other it leads to the touristic port, Port Tomis, where you will find a bunch of elegant restaurants and cafes where you can grab a bite right next to the sea.

The Casino its awesome and i can't wait to see it after remake.

Full of flowers on the sides, places where you can stay.

Equanimity- one word to describe the mood.
Disappointed with current situation- a lot of dust from in-construction buildings.
In previous years you couldn’t find a bench to rest, but now the tourists are not many.
Casino is in re-design so if you are coming especially for this- do not!
Nicely to take a walk when sun goes down and enjoy the view.

Relaxing place for a walk

One of the "must see" places in Constanta. You should definitely check this place, have a long walk and enjoy the view and the almost romantic atmosphere. Too bad bad that the idiots in charge of it, like the City Hall corrupted morons never cared about it and the Casino has constantly degraded each year despite the fact that it's included on a protected, historical monuments. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place for a walk, with nice views around

I enjoyed walking around this boardwalk around the water edge today. It's very scenic and relaxing and a great spot for some photos.

Breathtaking location to take a stroll. I visited on a Sunday.
The famous Casino building which stands by the Black sea. A true architectural marvel and a place to see. I hope the relevant authorities can restore this to its former glory.
Constanta a lovely town with a lot of history around!! The Cazino bring you on another world, it's really peaceful and make you forget about everything else when you walk around!! 😉

It's a beautiful place, but the casino's building is unfortunately left to be destroyed by the time and uncaring authorities of the city. It's an Art Nouveau architectural jewellery, but the visitors are banned to enter it because of the potential collapse of the walls.

My favourite place in the world! I visit it when I'm home and whether I'm happy or sad.
It's always peaceful and clean.

This place is very clean now compared to other years.
Also, the restoration of the Casino is ongoing and is gonna be a very attractive touristic point when it will be finished, judging by the way it looks now, at the beginning of the process.
The smell of the sea is incredible and the views are amazing!

Beautiful place with a beautiful view to the Black Sea.

A must see in town. Casino and the amateur musicians are always there. During weekends different cultural events are schedduled. You must see it when Sea is rough with three to six meters waves hiting the wall.

Great place to visit. There are still cultural events being held right in front of the Casino and that makes for beautiful memories and good times, even though it's abandoned.

The boardwalk itself offers great views and you can watch the seagulls fly around, count the waves, stroll near the beautiful Black Sea and have an overall great experience at the seaside.

The beach offers a lot, the water is mostly clean and even warm during the summer. It's not too deep and you can go far away into the sea if you're looking for a swimming challenge.

There are restaurants and bars along the pier, serving good food and drinks, making for an unforgettable meal/get-together near the sea.

Superb

Excellent walk! You can get ice cream, coffee, shakes, or juices on the side. The view is breathtaking especially at sunset (pic) and sunrise, and the Casino is a big plus to the whole experience.
