Probably the most dissapointing customer experience ever. They sent a product with a wrong piece, I just e-mailed them the image and they said via phone they would change the whole product. Until now, they did not answer any recent e-mail and any phone call. This is absolutely disappointing especially since it is a bike for my 4 year old daughter, it as been a month and I cannot bear seing her dissapointed because of lack of communication and awful customer service. It is absolutely awful. I am just puzzled how a brand that deals with products dedicated to children can be so unprofessional and unethical.

Lack of communication, I received a incomplete order, without even a notice. Extremely hard to return a product, after a few e mail they registered my request. I don’t recommend at all.
And I am still waiting my money back.
