Great zoo with lots of animals, birds, a tarantula, snakes, lions and much more. There Is also a playground for kids.

For a small town like Ramnicu Valcea, the Zoo is a place to visit! It's better to be viewed on summer days (not in the hottest days though) when almost all animals are out.

Excellent way to spend 2 hours with kids of all ages! A lot of animals (tigers, lions, bears, foxes, wolves, llamas, deers), a place dedicated to fish and reptiles, several big cages for birds, 2 shops for kiddie goodies (kinda expensive, but hey, the Zoo ticket price is a joke, it's less than 1€). Another important attraction were some kittens roaming free!

The Zoo does look like it needs more funds and more personnel to keep it. They could up the ticket price a bit.

It is a small place dedicated for animals and their places. The entire area is clean and offers large views with different animals and birds. Reccomand the zoo garden for at least once visiting.

Small zoo, but well kept. You will find there various species of animals and birds, but also a terarium with snakes and fish. Friendly staff, the entrance fee is very low.

A very interesting zoo with many animals, the only thing is that we were there in early August and there were no tigers

They've got wolves, lions, parrots, chickens, pigeons, bears, zebras, horses(you can also ride them), a room with snakes, spiders, monkeys. It's more, you should step by. I recommend.
