Camping Arges

Although the campsite is great for one night, e.g. on the way to the Black Sea, the children wanted to stay longer. It's great to have a fully equipped kitchen and living room available to guests. Plenty of space for all types of vehicles. There are also small cottages for rent. A very good place to stop and talk to other tourists. The owners are nice and helpful. You can also try to catch some fish in a small pond.

Incredibly friendly hosts welcoming you into their home for kitchen facilities. Plenty of camping options around a large pond with fishing options. Good, clean facilities with wifi. A joy to stay at before or after the Transfagarasan

Great friendly Hosts! They speak english. You have to pay upon arrival in cash.
Fully equipped kitchen. Clean sanitary. Great location traveling to Transfogaras scenic route. In August, to avoid the busy traffic on the road you have to leave the campsite around 8.00. This way you will have calm drive through the hills with enough time to stop for photos or coffee.☕😂

Amazing camping, with super hospitable hosts! They truly made us feel at home, we stayed longer than expected! Highly recommend if you're in the area. Motorbike friendly and super close to the Transfagarasani pass.

Best camping in the area, others without warm water/showers or with danger of bears around. None od mentioned issues here. Big kitchen with all you may need. Amazing, friendly CATS in the camp. There is a lot of space for tents/campers. Perfect location

First of all, we loved camping!
Ouwners are really friendly and flexible to clients' demand 😉
The houses are clean and the same goes with showers.

Most importantly, they have cute beasts!

Unfortunately we only stayed for 1 night. We LOVED it here. Everything was super clean. There's a beautiful pond with water lilies and frogs. There's a lot for children to play with. Very quiet and dark at night :-)

What a magic place! Lovely lady owner, very helpful. Clean toilets and showers. We were with a tent and a car - and had great time there. Hiper to come.back one day.🙂

Best camping I ever been. Very beautiful entorno, super kind and helpful staff. It has an amazing common kitchen available for guest.

Nice place. A lot of space for tents, possible park car, motorcycle near tent. Showers with hot watter. There is a washer machine and dryer.

The camping facilities are very clean. The spot have really good atmosphere - there is small lake ana place with growing some vegetables and big porch with big tables and full equipped kitchen (there is toaster! ). There are plenty shadow places to put tent. Price for 2 people+1 tent +one car -> 65 RON

Nice place, has a workshop where the owner maintains motorbikes. nice ground with trees and a vegetable garden.

Very nice campsite ran by welcoming couple. Relaxed atmosphere and cosy communal well equipped kitchen. Fishing pond and fire pits on site. We hired two cabins, simple but clean with private bathroom. Warmly recommended.

Very nice campground. Reasonable prices as they offer a completely staffed kitchen, TV, and nice terrace. Very friendly & helpful owner. Doesn't have many spots, especially for bigger campers. The last gravel road from the main street is a mess (many potholes, very bad condition). Toilets & showers very clean and nice water quality.

Great camping place with 3 separate camping areas and several 2-person wood cabins. There's a small pond, lots of trees and green grass and it is very quiet. There's a nice map in the middle of the camping ground where you can figure things out. There is a large log cabin with a fully-equipped kitchen and living room open to all campers. The owners are nice and helpful. We had some issues with our tent so we eventually had to rent one of the 2 person wood cabins. It's kind of small, but it's tidy and has its own bathroom with toilet, shower and has a small porch where you can enjoy the nature and your beverage if it's raining. Will definitely return when possible. Prices are generally decent, however I consider that paying a 15 RON parking fee per day is way too much.

Safe, clean, friendly, in a really nice location close to Trasfagarasan. There are hot showers and toilets on site, everything is clean. No additional payment to use the showers. Facilities are open 24hrs. Kitchen access and fridge available as well. There is seating available inside and there are also benches available for use in the orchard.
Overall very peaceful and well kept camping. I would recommend to anyone including families.

We stayed last night having arrived late, the owners were great they made us feel very welcome. Their site facilities include 2 toilet and shower blocks and 4 log cabins which are all ensuite with 2 single beds.
Also on-site there was a communal kitchen, veranda and washing & drying area.
Absolutely loved will be back on our homeward journey.

Friendly staff, clean toilets and kitchen, beautiful area in the nature... Communal kitchen was open all night round. Had a peaceful night there. The only problem was that the water in the shower wasn't really warm. But other than that everything was great!

A gem of a site tucked away 2km down a bumpy road, clean facilities combined with open shared areas for all campers from established Motor homes to weekend campers.
Showers were hot and clean and a washing machine and communal drying areas were available to enhance your stay.
Great log cabins too with ensuite facilities, fab for bikers needing safe travels.
