Very nice hotel in the heart of Râșnov city.
Great view of the citadel from the balcony.
Their staff is very polite and professional.
Rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurant is great as well. They also have a little playground for kids.

This place is amazing. Booked here for one night and wanted to have a simple dinner with the family. The food was super tasty and now I want to get to eat here more often.

Had an emergency overnight stay, I called them at 3AM and the staff was very helpful. The rooms are neat and comfortable.

The hotel experience was great and we had incredible couple of days. Even more so if you are traveling with kids - quiet location, play room in the restaurant and magnificent view of Rasnov castle.
This is a perfect place to be to explore the region - a short trip away from all major sightseeing locations like Bran castle, Brasov, DinoPark and Sinaia.

Nice hotel, large rooms, good breakfast and dinner. They also have a small playground near the restaurant very popular among the children. We came here three times because we like how it looks and most important for us when travelling with two young children, they were able to provide an early check in at 10 am.

Rating the cake shop! Nice terrace, nice staff, tasy and good looking cookies. Very clean place. Positioned straight in the town centre of city Râșnov. Nice citadelle view from the terrace.

This hotel looks very good inside out, the staff from the reception is friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean and there's everything you need, bathrobes, slippers, there's a minibar and more. The beds are very comfortable and that makes for an even better experience. The restaurant though is not as expected, sometimes they don't have what's in the menu and breakfast could be a bit low on food if you go later until closing time. Overall I recommend this place.

Perfect stay! From booking to check-out! We stayed at the Radsor ApartamentS villa. It has 4 fully equipped 5 star apartments. Attention for every detail. Our host/contact was Gabriela from reception. Excellent communication. Definetly we will be back in summer time to see the “other side” of the area.

I won't talk about the hotel itself. I've only been in the cake shop.
Excellent place to have a dessert and cakes and homemade ice-cream.
Delicious and well presented.
On the terrace we had direct view upon the Râșnov castle.

- good options for breakfast;
- clean hotel;
- indoor and outdoor playground for kids;
- nice staff;
- dining ok;

- no private parking place, but there is free public parking place next door with not so many spots;

Recommendation:
- to put a sign at each floor in order to identify easier which side (left or right) is located the room.

I only have one problem with this hotel, and that it is too perfect. The bed is very nice because I slept like a baby. The food is great, and looks very nice. Everything is nicely taken care of and clean. If you want to stay at a comfortable hotel, this is the hotel for you.

Brilliant hotel. Rooms are spacious, tidy and very clean. Brilliant views from any balcony and the breakfast buffet is exceptional. The food they serve in the restaurant is amazing. I'd recommend ordering a 'bulz ciobănesc' from the restaurant!😉

One of the best places for sweets in Rasnov. And olso one of the best to start the day. Coffee, tea, sweets and pastries freshly made or baked here. Service was very nice and fast.
One or two cake types available are gluten free.

The hotel has a good location in the heart of the city and beautiful views to the Râşnov Castle. The restaurant has a good variety of food, with good quality. The staff is friendly.
They have also an playing area for kids near the restaurant and the cake place good.

Sweets are located on the opposite side are home made, also delicious.
The location is perfect - at the base of the fortress.

Nice and well organised place, if you have small kids you will find downstairs the restaurant a place specially created for them, also outside.

The food was served a little bit late, but in the end everything was OK. Extremely friendly staff. I do recommend this place and we will return.

We had an awesome stay. Staff is super friendly. The place is maintained at the highest standards.Rooms are neat, clean, great design. The location is in the historical area of the town overlooking Cetatea Rasnov. We are highly recommend it and will definitely return.

Food is great at reasonable prices. Next to the restaurant is their own pastry shop. The cream vegetable soup is the best and everything else is yummy. There is a playroom inside and a playground outside so the children dont get bored
