Cel mai prost To GO pe care l-am întâlnit în România (sunt băutoare de cafea). Atitudinea persoanei de la vânzare a fost total inadecvata și pe un ton plictisit . Cu greu am fost întrebat " ce vrei?" Si am răspuns CAFEA. Am cerut un cappuccino cu caramel.Am fost nevoit sa solicit sa refacă cafeaua deoarece nu a curatat cupa după cafeaua precedenta. Espressoul scurt din componenta cappuccino era o zeama de cafea de 150 ml. Deși cerusem cappuccino am fost întrebat dacă doresc lapte.Am cerut aroma de caramel și s-a pus mai mult caramel decât lapte, rezultatul fiind o băutură foarte dulce care estompa gustul cafelei.Mi s-a întins cafeaua pe tejghea fără capac și a trebuit sa insist sa pună capac

Raspuns: AM fost azi, 25.11.2021, în jur de ora 15:00. . am uitat sa menționez ca nu am primit nici bon fiscal.
