I've been here first time in June, 2017, and now it just so happened to revisit them. It was a great choice, they have great traditional food, big servings and excellent prices (for 25 RON you can get a serious piece of meat)

The space was seriously expanded since my last visit and everything seemed improved. The waiter was very friendly and polite.

It's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

Great value for money! Good food. Nothing fancy but tasty and relatively cheap. Easy parking even with big car or a bus. On the transalpina road.

For many years I find here the best Tripe Soup. So good that you can eat it directly from the as it was served, without adding anything. But you should go with a side of fresh pepper and sour cream. Eat some sour cream with fresh bread before the soup, add some in the soup for extra flavour but save some for the end to neutralize the capsaicin from pepper. You'll thank me later 😉
Hint: the soup is so tasty that you can add worry free 2-3 ice cubes if it's too hot and you want to eat it right away without burning your mouth and tongue.

One of the best places to eat in the area, traditional Romanian food, fresh made with fresh ingredients. We visited with a a large group, their service is good, staff is extremely friendly.

Excellent place to eat and as much I could see the only one in the village. There is alao a market nearby whic closes at 21:00

Casual restaurant, well priced, good service, good food, take card.
It was too hot for soup but we tried the pork skewer, cordon bleu and chicken schnitzel. All great, schnitzel was pounded flat and fried very crispy -not overcooked-, it made a fantastic drinking snack.

The best Ciorba de Burta ever! The staff are very friendly! I recommend!

Very good, cheap and traditional romanian food

Everything is great. The food is fresh and all natural, the prices are more than reasonable and the service is exceptional. One of the few remaining places in Romania with such outstanding qualities.

We stopped here for brunch and had a great experience. The place is just lovely with real authentic foods. We had the plateau with sausage, cheese, tomato, and all kinda of delicacies and the stuffed pepper soup. Absolutely amazing. The taste and the freshness was perfect, from what we could tell everything was home-grown and homemade. Totally recommend the place!

Tasty traditional Romanian food in a traditional setup. Service is good also. And the menu has just enough dishes to choose from, yet not too many to feel overwhelmed. All at the right price.

I've been here around 30+ times and google still asks me about how it was, so dear google let me tell you one thing: 30+ times means it's more than f***ing great, nice people, good Romanian food (love the mixed pickles) and always a warm laughter! Love it and recommend it to everybody!

Simple and awesome! Very limited offer, but very tasteful dishes. Traditional Romanian, with large portions (it's impossible to eat a soup at main course and then a full second course with steak and side dish and salad). The pickles are a hit! Also the tripe soup (for those of you who love it) and the sausages (home made). The sour cream is divine (sweet, with a buttery texture). The minuses are the lemonade, which was too sweet, and the saltines of some of the dishes.

Lovely restaurant , big , clean and very country like, the is tasty , hot and authentic.
Clean toilets, waiters are kindly and quite funny!
The place is best known for the “ ciorba de burta”
Prices are affordable!
