I recently bought a Hikision WiFi cam which had a software bug from factory. The technical support team from SpyShop.ro helped me to install the latest firmware, which solved the problem. They were very responsive and willing to help. This was in fact the reason I bought from them, because I thought this could happen. I highly recommend them !

I ordered a dash-cam from SpyShop. Unfortunately, the sealed package contained a power cable that connects to the car's fuse box rather than the one that connects through the lighter port (which was not useful for me). I decided to call SpyShop and ask if they had any way of ordering one for me from their supplier, since such cable was not listed on SpyShop's website for sale. After talking to the person from the sales department, I was told they would try to find one for me and call me back. Within 10 minutes, they called me back and told me they would send one to me for free. I was really surprised that a small business like this, would be so generous and helpful. Both the initial package and the 2nd one arrived the following morning, which is really good considering they were shipped from Timişoara area to Bucureşti. Big thumbs up from me SpyShop, keep up the good work.
