Casa Poveste

If you are planning to Visit Romania, you must stay at Casa Poveste. The hotel is surrounded by nature , mountains, its peaceful and relaxing. In addition to the lovely environment, you have access to the spa facilities. (it doesn't get any better that this). The units of the complex are design with traditional antique furniture and architecture, a unique experience which I highly recommend. Above all, great prices, great food, lots to do in the area and an amazing host.
The Host caters to all of our needs and enquiries, the staff were friendly and accommodating.
I really enjoyed my stay, it was a weekend get away but the next time I will definitely visit with my family for at least 2 weeks.

An amazing experience. To live in a 200 years old house, with floor heating in the bathroom and with all the authentic furniture was an incredible experience. The relocated Bucovinean houses are refurbished with utmost care and respect for details. All the time I was in awe, feeling like I have the privilege to live in a museum. The way the owners preserved the authenticity and also perfectly integrated the functionalities which were, of course, not possible two centuries ago, make you feel like you have entered a dream. Chapeau, I totally recommend it and would go back anytime I would have the ocasion.

Family owned and operated. Tranquil and peaceful location surrounded by rolling hills and endless meadows. The perfect getaway to unwind and relax.

Delicious authentic food prepared fresh daily. Staff were friendly and the rooms were incredible. I highly recommend for birthdays/weddings.

Perfect place to disconnect for a few days and enjoy nature and fresh air. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated with old school furniture which really brings you back in time.

The food was exclusively traditional recipes from the area and incredibly tasty, not to forget the pelinas drink which is the best appetiser I've ever had.

Highly recommend for both family trips or weekend getaway with friends.

Absolutely loved this place! The entire location is like a museum, with a breathtaking view over the mountains. The staff is so hardworking and kind in helping with all requests. Each room has a unique antique style, the food is very good and overall a very good balance of quality-price! A MUST GO if you come to visit Bucovina!

There are old houses with modern facilities inside. The place is so quiet and the air is fresh and smelling like Christmas trees.
The food is fabulous, plenty enough and very tasty.
I definitely recommend this place.

Nice accommodation near Campulung Moldovenesc city. The owner bought 4 old traditional houses and they restored. Today you can stay in good condition in this houses. Is a good place to start your tour to visit Painted Monasteries of Bucovina. They have good food and an Adventure Park.

Amazing place which is combining the traditional style of Bucovina with the comfort of a modern accommodation. The food was excellent and abundant and the staff was very friendly. The owner was welcoming us every morning, advising on the places to visit. From this location you can explore Rarau mountain or drive around for seeing the painted Monasteries of Bucovina.

I’ve spent at Casa Poveste the last weekend for 2 nights and I must say it was an incredible experience. From the hosts, staff to the food. The location consists of 5 refurbished traditional house that look incredible and preserve the architecture and design of the region from over 150 years ago. The room are very cozy and warm, we slept very well! The bathroom was small, but chique and most important functional!

The owners and staff were very warm and very welcoming people, they are always trying to make you feel at home and being always available to help with whatever you'd need. The food is an entire story in itself. Very tasty, authentically local, abundant and home made.
Will be returning when available and bring along family and friends.
Highly recommend it the location.
