Artimex Sport

Went there to pick up some goods. These people are very kind, helped me with all the aspects. Since some of the goods did not fit into my car, they helped with the transport - free of charge. Five stars from my side, as the response to the online order was really fast, they provided details and advices about the stuff i have buyed.

I bought a custom size white metal setup (wall bars, pull-up bars and dips bar). Very good quality product and customer service :) Perfect !

ordered a wooden pull-up bar that can be attached to wall bars with hooks. Artimex was the only supplier making this type of attachment where the pull-up bars can also be used for dips after changing the orientation.
The initial impression wasn't perfect - I ordered via email and felt that I was getting overcharged for delivery and also saw the bad reviews on Google. But since there really wasn't anything similar either used or new I decided to buy and got a payment on delivery option.
I think a Romanian driver delivered the bar. I paid in Hungarian forints and he didn't have change so I paid a little bit more than I expected but by not too much.
The pull-up bar came assembled by Artimex with plastic foil and padding for protection - no IKEA style flat pack. The side panels are made of a sheet of wood that's actually smaller blocks of wood glued together - I couldn't find the English word for it.
The product works as intended. There's a small piece of felt glued to the part where the wall bars and the attachment connects when used. The bars used for pull ups have an ergonomic character - it's not a perfectly geometric shape but some material has been shaved of either side to make it fit in your hand better.
I was worried that it would be wobbly or too creaky but after turning the screws it's pretty sturdy, not totally stiff though.
Aesthetically it blends in more than a metal pull-up bar in my apartment and I don't have to worry about scratching the floor with metal parts.
Overall good price, good experience.

Am achiziționat un spalier cu un design unic, pe care nu l-am găsit la alte firme din România.
Mai mult, este demontabil, ceea ce îl face potrivit pentru depozitare fără a ocupa mult spațiu.

Ceea ce ador cel mai mult la acest spalier este faptul că nu necesită fixare în perete, ceea ce face instalarea rapidă și ușoară. Acest lucru mă ajută să îl plasez în diferite zone ale cabinetului meu de fizioterapie, în funcție de necesități. Materialul și construcția sa sunt solide și de încredere, ceea ce îmi oferă încredere în siguranța pacienților mei.

Am făcut acum ceva timp o comanda pentru un produs, cred eu, mai puțin solicitat în mod uzual (masa de skandenberg). Am fost direct la fabrica, unde oamenii au fost extrem de amabili și am putut discuta exact ce vreau (configurație, culoare, etc). Deși livrarea comenzii a durat considerabil mai mult timp decât mi s-a comunicat inițial, în final, am fost foarte multumit de produs. Pentru întârzierea cu care a fost gata comanda, inițial am fost tentat să acord doar 4 stele. Însă bănuiesc ca, probabil s-a acordat prioritate altor comenzi mult mai mari decat cea făcută de mine si, în plus, sunt conștient de dificultățile gestionării unei afaceri in care încerci să iti mulțumești toți clienții. Din aceste motive, am considerat ca, în cele din urmă, cei de de la Artimex merita cele 5 stele pentru modul profesionist în care au tratat in special producția comenzii mele.
Some time ago, I ordered a product, I think, less commonly requested (skandenberg table). I went directly to the factory, where the people were extremely kind and I was able to discuss with them exactly what I want (configuration, color, etc.). Although the delivery of the order took considerably longer time oposed to what was initially communicated to me, in the end, I was very pleased with the product. For this delay, initially I wanted to grant only 4 stars. But I suspect that probably some other biger orders took priority in front of mine and, moreover, I am well aware what it means to keep a business afloat and to please all the customers. For this reason, I considered that the 5 stars are well deserved by the people from Artimex for the professional way they treated in especially the production of my order.
