It seems this was an exception from the rule. The shop has indeed solved my issue extremely fast and kept me updated constantly. I've just received a confirmation from the courier company about my delivery query. Thank you, Contraste Vaping! I stand corrected. Updating the stars to 5

I've just been contacted by a shop representative. He offered a solution - namely to replace the faulty part - and informed me also they have a lot of issues with that particular brand. I am to be contacted once the manufacturer answers their query. Updating my review from 1 star to 3 stars although the reply to the initial review implies I am a liar. So unfortunate. But at least we are finding common ground to reach a solution.

I've made an order on 27 December 2022. It was delivered pretty fast and in order. Immediately after starting to use the product, I noticed it was leaking. I've tried all troubleshooting available and found surfing the web, but nothing helped. I've called today the shop for more than 6 times, no answer. I've sent them a contact form, available on the website. And still no answer. Extremely poor experience. Authentic Portuguese Customer Support. First and last time I am ordering from them. If, by the end of this day I am not contacted with a definite solution for my loss, I am going to file a formal complaint. To be avoided!
