The javali (boar) was super tasty either roast or stew. The portion was big, too. The price was reasonable for the quality and portion ratio. The goat cheese was delicious. The only surprise for me is a small simple salad cost us €5. It was a nice clean restaurant and the services were fast and good, too. I'll definitely go back if I'm in the area again.

It's quite difficult to find a good restaurant in this area. The Javali has a simple menu with a few options (all delicious) reasonable prices and good portions. Don't waste your time with other restairan around here, just go to Javali

Situado detrás de una gasolinera, así que si no conoces el sitio o vas despistado, te puedes pasar de largo. Local muy amplio y trato excelente por parte del personal. La comida, muy rica y abundante. Muy bueno el queso de la zona o el bacalao à bràs. Postres caseros espectaculares, sobre todo la serradura. Bien de precio. Volvería, sin duda.

Estuvimos comiendo el 2 de noviembre, días lluviosos, después de haber visitado Monsanto y Penha García. Un amplio salón donde estaban comiendo en ese momento unas 25 personas. Muy agradable. Un cesto de pan muy bueno, unas aceitunas muy ricas, y la sopa do día estaba buenísima, para entrar en calor y tonificar el cuerpo. Un bacalao al horno, con guarnición de patatas fritas caseras, cebolla, etc. De diez, muy rico. De postre serradura y pudim de ovos, deliciosos ambos. Para beber medio litro de vino de la casa, y un 7 up. Total, 48 euros. Detalles en la foto del ticket. Repetiría sin dudarlo. Comida casera muy buena, y atendimento perfecto

Sinceramente, é o melhor restaurante de monsanto e arredores (digo monsanto porque sou de lá e arredores porque ali perto foi o unico que nos encheu as medidas).
Serviço celere e simpatico, comida tradicional, confeccionada no momento, os preços considero baratos para a quantidade de comida servida (muito bem servida) e o espaço é bastante asseado. Fomos duas vezes e adoramos todas as carnes grelhadas e o ensopado de javali é assim qualquer coisa de outro mundo.
Voltaremos todos os anos.

Es el dueño es muy bueno gracias se come bien y la atención y ya la comida es se come bien y barato el agrado del dueño es de lo más agradable y la gente que tiene trabajando y está en un sitio en la carretera que va para monsanto desde moraleja y desde el dueño se se llama ivo super agradable puedes hacer una reserva o si llegas y no hay mesa puedes esperar el que arregla

Buena comida, horario temprano y mejor si se puede reservar.

Regresso a este restaurante após alguns anos e está igual, comida perfeita, atendimento simpático e eficaz. Com imenso espaço para estacionamento, mesas desafogadas e com espaço entre elas. Têm pagamento por cartão (outros há que nos obrigam a ir aos bombeiros levantar dinheiro).

Recomendo e sempre que estiver na zona serei cliente fiel.

Llegamos muy tarde porque íbamos de vuelta de Portugal a España y nos atendieron genial y rápido a pesar de que ya habían cerrado la cocina hacia 20 min. Amables y una comida exquisita! Pedimos Bacalao a Bras y Lagarto y todo genial, a los niños a pesar de no estar en carta les hicieron unas pechugas de pollo con arroz y huevo. Muy bien! Gracias.
