Lovely, level in some areas, cobbled market place. Clean toilets, water tap, seating areas, shady areas, small shop ( lovely English speaking staff), bar/ cafe and recycling waste bins. 30 minute up hill walk to the Monsanto historic area, which is not a place to try to take a motorhome.

There is a craft market in this square on the last Sunday of every month. Local arts and crafts, bric a brac, plants, artisanal cheeses, honey, great home-made food, wood-fired pizzas made to order, and a lovely atmosphere

Warning : this is not an official campers place, it's the public village square. Big and flat enough to welcome campervans, with clean toilets available and a fountain. The café nearby will welcome you and the owner speaks French. There's also a good typical restaurant a few metres down the road.
A very good spot to park and explore Monsanto (no free parking above) , but don't expect the facilities of a campsite and please respect the place and the locals!

Very good parking fairly level clean toilets bar and minimarket Close by. Fairly tough walk to Monsanto village and castle but worth it.

Excelente sítio bem no coração da aldeia mais portuguesa. Acesso a água e lavabos.

Großzügiger Platz für Fahrzeuge jeglicher Art mit Frischwasserasserversorgung. Optimaler Ausgangspunkt zum Weltkulturerbe "Montesanto".

Rustige plaats, met water, douche, warm water en toilet. Alles gratis

Parque muito bom, no meio da vila, com mini mercado, café, casa de banho, torneira com água, internet com forte sinal, bem iluminado, bom sítio para pernoitar e depois visitar esta aldeia e a aldeia de Monsanto!

Precioso pueblo, un lugar ideal para pasar la noche y visitar la zona. Muy recomendable la ruta de Aldeias Históricas.

Excelente sítio para estacionar, bem no meio da aldeia, com casas de banho, chafariz, pequena mercearia e café. MAS NÃO É local de pernoita de autocaravanas embora ninguém chateie.

Lugar sagrado para uma boa caminhada até ao Altar!
