Casa de Pasto Lima

Five stars for friendliness and for the down-to-earth honest food. The name translates sort of to “feeding house” and would refer to a simple but good home style cooking. These places are dying out. Great value, too!

What a find this small family restaurant was . Behind the indoor market area we were trying to find somewhere for lunch , but due to the rain everywhere was busy inside.... We found the last 2 seats at the C de Pasto Lima ... Very friendly & helpful people, we were the only 2 English there ! ...No convert needed as I had the Sopa legumes ( veg ) , which was more of a broth good taste.... Mains I had the traditional Bitoque, chips , rice and fried egg & my wife had Pork with noisette potatoes in tasty sauce with veg ... they were both great & good size portions.. 2 coffees & 2 soft drinks ... fantastic !!! We highly recommend the Casa de Pasto Lima for snack or lunch with the friendly locals ... Muito obrigado ...

Comida bem confeccionada e serviço atencioso! Linguados e carapauzinhos fritos com arroz de tomate excelentes! Recomendo!!

Rapport qualité/prix : excellent. Ils proposent la 1/2 dose , qui est très copieuse. Ce qui est devenu rare, en Algarve. Un restaurant encore typique et de bons plats... Alors bon appétit ! Maria

Un petit restaurant qui ne paye pas de mine au premier abord, mais qui nous a enchanté ! On était 11 personnes et tout le monde était ravi des divers plats qu'on a mangé, essentiellement du poisson. En moyenne pour moins de 10€/personne. Pour ma part je peux dire que le bars était succulent ! N'ayez pas peur, c'est top et le serveur est aux petits soins.

Veníamos de Sevilla y Málaga, aunque comimos tarde nos trataron genial. Un sitio auténtico portugués. Todo estaba riquísimo, un 10.

Tres bon restaurant de cuisine locale faite maison. Les poissons sont délicieux !! Laissez vous tenter par les parts de gâteau qui sont beaucoup plus légères qu'il n'y paraît et plutôt surprenantes. Et le propriétaire est au petit soin. Je recommande !
