I recently had one of the most memorable dining experiences at this restaurant! It's no surprise they have such a high Google star rating, as they truly deserve it. 💯✨

Booking in advance is highly recommended as this place tends to fill up quickly.

We celebrated my mother's 60th birthday here, and the staff went above and beyond to make her feel special, even on a busy Friday evening.

The ambiance of the restaurant was relaxed and lively, with the staff exuding both warmth and professionalism. It felt like being among friends, and they were genuine experts at what they do.

And of course, the food was absolutely fantastic. The meat was perfectly cooked, considering the level of doneness, and it was incredibly tender. An exquisite culinary experience.

Fantastic!! From the ambience, to the staff, the food and the wine our visit was amazing. So much so we rebooked for a few days later!
We had the fried squid algarvian style and the garlic shrimp, both full of flavour and delicious.
The meat board consisting of beef fillet, veal, pork and chorizo was cooked to perfection and the meat so tender.
A must visit if you are in the area!!
I would recommend booking in advance as the restaurant gets extremely busy.
We can't wait to return!!

Nice steakhouse in the area, a short walk from the beach. We ordered rib eye (well done) and steak fillet (medium rare) and both were above expectation. We will definitely visit again soon for the quality and price.

Amazing food and really friendly staff! The best meal we've had in Portugal so far.

We had a 20 minute wait to be seated, even on a Monday night it was super busy but well worth the wait (especially when you spend the time in a bar nearby).

We had the sharing board with shrimps, chicken, sausage and steak fillet. A really really nice, big portion and well priced.

The wine was also super nice and reasonably priced for the quality.

Best meal in Portugal as of yet, one of the best steaks I've had, the meat platter is fairly priced, staff are very attentive and funny.

Place is small so if you arrive expect to have to wait a little for a seat (worth the wait).

If I ever visit that area again I'd definitely try my best to go again.

We had supper here yesterday. The food is incredible! My son had blackened pork which melts in your mouth, delicious. I had fish of the day which was golden brim. It was cooked to perfection. The staff are very attentive and super friendly. Wonderful experience. Prices are very reasonable as well.

Recommended loads of times and did not disappoint when we eventually visited. Book in advance. Highly recommend the sharing boards excellent value for money.

It was the most amazing meal I have had. The service was exceptional, the food delightful and the atmosphere was lovely. I would highly recommend.

The food was great, steak was tender and cocked to perfection. The food is presented nicely, with quite large portions.

The service was quick with nice waiters, so nothing to complain about there.

The atmosphere is nice. The restaurant is located on the first floor off the building, where you sit in this cozy area.

I would definitely recommend trying Tasca 26 if you're in the area. Seating is limited, so I'd recommend reserving a table.

The Portuguese meat board was absolutely amazing as well as the best apple pie I’ve had in my entire life (both pictured below). We had a reservation at 6:30 pm and felt lucky we did because a line started forming outside and down the street by the time we had our food…. Listen to the great reviews, they are all true. This place is a must!

Once more we had a wonderful dinner experience. Excellent service, great food, reasonable prices. We had one of the meat boards today and the meat was cooked to perfection.

One of the best entry's I ever ate the garlic bread is amazing with the scrambled eggs and "alheira".
The black Angus board was filled with delicious meat that I truly recommend.
The dessert was also very tasteful and fresh ( cheesecake).
The ambient is nice and the staff is very friendly.
The only downside is the waiting time to eat and a bit expensive but it's worth it.

WOW. Book a reservation early on your trip and don't miss out. I'm not exaggerating to consider this the best restaurant in the area at any price but when you factor in a 3 course meal with drinks at euro30 per person (steak), then I say again wow. We went very early at opening without reservation and we managed to find a table inside with the promise to leave by 8. Better to make reservations. The service was first class. Every food item we sampled was excellent. The steaks were perfectly made to order. This will be on my list of restaurants to come back to if I'm in the area again.

By the way, we thought the food was so delicious 😋 we would love to again in the future

The food was amazing, good quality meat cooked perfectly. We had the sharing meat plate with shrimps for two. Portion size was great. House wine was excellent. We had the lime mousse and chocolate mousse for pudding - both amazing. Loved the atmosphere and decor of the restaurant. The service was great, friendly and attentive staff. We left very satisfied. Only thing is, to avoid disappointment of not getting a table you either have to get there early or book ahead as it seemed busy - but I think that reflects what a great place it is that it was always busy.

Fabulous Steak restaurant in Porches. Service is amazing. Really good. The food is delicious, the wine is lovely. Its probably the best steaks I have ever had. Well worth a visit. You do need to book because its so good and lots of people try to walk in. Can't wait to go back 👍Definitely recommended 👌

Friendly staff, glad we booked in advance as it was very busy. Lots of locals eating here which is always a good sign. Good selection of starters and mains. I wanted a pudding however ate too much garlic bread so had no room

Unassuming from the outside, but completely delectable inside! Great food & super friendly service - has some of the best plating I've ever seen! The surf & turf was simply perfect, forget about the red fruit sangria that we devoured - fruit included! I see lots of great reviews of this restaurant, and now I know why! Yum - drooling now just thinking about it...
