Wine Quay Bar

The wine quay bar is terrificly placed, as in the location is amazing. Up the stairs overseeing the Douro river and the promenade, it's great.

You can perfectly drink some of the various regional vines while also eating on tapas and snacking on cheese. We had a small assortment of bread, olives, olive oil and cow cheese and it was tasty. The price was okay but the ambience is the reason we came here

To start wasn’t the best with the staff appearing to be less than interested. However, things turned around and this ended up being a very pleasant experience in what is a great location. Busy place but worth it.

In our search where to go, we choose this place because all the nice reviews. We left really pleased! Beside the excellent location, the wine selection is really nice, the waitress was more than polite. If you are starving there is also a selection of small snacks. Prices are reasonable as well.

Lovely place with view of the river Douro! Their wine selection is very interesting with plenty of snacks available. Everything was delicious, especially the cow cheese and the tomatoes.

Well, one if not the most impressive wine bars I have stayed. A very nice and comprehensive selection of wines, tasty, high quality food. Unbeatable ambiente/view/scenery on the 2nd floor/line of Cais da Estiva. And a very passionate and lovely team, making the stay unforgettable

One of our favorite places to sit for a drink and yummy tapas. The view is outstanding from their location. You are above the busy walk below and can see out across the Douro. The selection of wine is wonderful and I had an amazing bold red that was recommended. The first time we went we got a chance to participate in their 10 year anniversary Instagram video (which was so fun), and dodge thunderstorms by having more wine/food. The second time we sat in one of their really cool window seats, on my birthday, and enjoyed a beautiful evening. Truly a special little place.

A pleasant wine bar with a view on Douro river and great place to watch the sunset. The venue offers a great selection of wines, but make sure to bring cash, as they do not accept the credit cards.

Amazing produce served at a quaint little spot just above the main tourist street of Ribeira. Don't hesitate to ask staff about recommendations regarding meats, cheeses and wines - extremely capable. If Adrianna is your server, you won the lottery.

Great wine bar. Very helpful server was happy to make lots of recommendations for wine and cheese based on a few inputs from us. Nice relaxing place to hang out for the afternoon. Sardines in oil were nice, and had a delicious red/white grape blended wine.

They don’t take international debit cards, but were happy to take a PayPal or Revolut transfer instead of cash.

Simply amazing! We had amazing wine that Tatiana selected for us and the seafood was so fresh. We found the prices reasonable and oh SO delicious! Will be back

Great service, tasty snacks, atmospheric view.

This place is amazing !!! We spend here at least two evenings due to the amazing view. Because usually the spaces outside are already taken you first take a seat inside and later will be moved outside. The staff is super friendly and tell you interesting facts about the wines. Also the snacks that you can get with the wines are great, however when sitting outside you should be cautious of the seagulls potentially stealing the food. I will recommend fully to go here and spend the night with wine and snacks.

Views. People watching. Our first server, Adriana was amazing! She was so friendly and engaging. She offered us suggestions for our tapas; one hard and one soft cheese, sweet and sour pickles, crusty bread, spicy sardines. All with a refreshing Portuguese Viognier to wash it down.

Sophia, our second server, offered her port recommendations to end our “meal”.

We spent a lovely evening here, hosted by Philippa and Moses. It was our 4th time visited Porto and returning to this establishment. Absolutely first class wines, cheeses and charcuterie. Thank you, WE WILL BE BACK.

For me best spot to grab a wine in Porto. Great view at the day time and night time. Lovely service, good prices.... And the view. Didn't try the food, but it seems also good.

Our guide recommended this place for the port and the view. Good reasonably priced wine and a great view of the river. I suggest you go here after dark. Be warned it’s on the second level if you are looking for it down by the water.

Such a beautiful relaxing wine bar. Above the noise and din you can sit here and enjoy beautiful Portuguese wines and very tasty bites, while gazing across the Douro as the boats sail by. Wonderful.
