Fully agree that this place offers better value and service than fancier beachfront locations in the area. Staff are animated, there are regular customers, food is tasty, pricing is keen. Toast is excellent and massive. Chips are homemade and moreish. Solid prawns. Leave the queijo asado. They accept cards. Big menu. Be careful of the wind, but be careful of the sun when there is no wind.

I have to say, the food here is great and the people running the place are very friendly. So friendly in fact that they let me try their homemade spicy sauce! I would recommend coming here if you like to eat and see a wonderful view of the beach ⛱

What a pleasant surprise in Portinho. The food was super tasty, the view was amazing and the lady welcoming us was SUPER NICE. The prices were really affordable as well. I wonder if this is what people feel when they go to Greece or Italy and eat by the coast.

Super friendly staff. Better to eat here instead of costly restaurants near the beach. Reasonably priced. Very freshly prepared food. Toasts were amazing, especially the tuna one. Stay away from Pasta.

Excellent food with astonishing view. We looooved the home made fries, and we had squids and mussels, both delicious enough. Sara, who helped us was an excellent host with her ever smiling attitude.

Our favourite bar/restaurant in the area! Down to earth and lovely staff. Great view, super cheap and huge tostas! Play some pool, enjoy a beer with a laid back vibe. Not too touristy so a perfect alternative to the restaurants on Portinho beach.

The owner is very friendly, caring and entertaining. The food is okay. Prices are best. Cocktails 5/6€ . Music is good. You will leave this place with a smile.

Great sandwiches and an awesome service. A great place for a quick stop by to grab a beer or a cocktail or to have lunch. The prices are just perfect and we plan on returning.
