Leitão do Aires

My wife and I have had this dish in many places around the world under various names. The Leitão here is the best we've had. The skin was crispy and delicious. The meat is juicy, and melts in your mouth.
The bread (pão) is soft centered with a flour coated crispy outside. I would be remiss if I didn't tell you about the gravy provided. It was savory, with a perfect level of pepper.
Overall a 10 of 10 meal.
Total meal with a bottle of house wine for 2 was 50 Euro.

awesome leitão! really fast services and the food it's really tasteful with good prices. staff very friendly. in one week, we went there twice, and for sure next time in the area we will again :)

One of the best leitao I've had in Portugal, and they're consistently good- and I've been going there for years. Their other dishes are decent, too, but we almost always go for the leitao. And their housemade desserts are good, too. Service changes due to changes in personnel, but we are usually served well!

While the prices are reasonable for a leitão establishment, it's worth noting that they are slightly higher than those at a typical Portuguese restaurant. For a satisfying meal of leitão and beverages, we paid approximately 20 euros per person.

One highlight of our visit was the traditional sparkling wine they offer, which paired wonderfully with the leitão. This sparkling wine was truly delightful and served as the perfect accompaniment to the meal, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to an already exceptional dining experience. This place is a must-visit for anyone seeking an authentic leitão dining experience.
