Home made food! Charming place, 5 min far from the train line which is going to Mafra. Very good surprise in a rainy day. No doubts will be my spot all the time I will go to Mafra.

We were in a hurry for a quick lunch before our Pastel de nata workshop. We found this little restaurant by chance. It was a hidden gem. Typical regional Portuguese food but exceptional quality and taste. The best Portuguese bread we had and we had lots of amazing bread. We had the quickest option which was frango assado with hand cut fries and salad. Typical but absolutely the best we had. The entire menu looked great. Very inexpensive, generous portions and super friendly staff. We side we could have come back for another meal and tried some
Other dishes including dessert. This is where the locals eat and you can see why. Absolutely excellent.

Uma simples procura por frango assado para take away levou a um jantar no local para duas pessoas. Super bem confeccionado, muita disponibilidade de atendimento e óptimo preço.

Petit restaurant typique par ces plats régionaux et l'accueil, serveuse très sympathique et excellent service. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande vivement le (pied haut!) "Pé-Alto".

Para mim o melhor restaurante da malveira. Comida caseira. Atendimento muito bom. Rápido e económico. Para quem gosta de comer bem é sem dúvida um restaurante com paragem obrigatória.
