River Beach Cinco Reis

This close to Beja, this IS THE place to go! SUPERB! Looooove it! Very safe too! They even have 3 life guards in the busy season. Specialy on Saturdays and Sundays!

Great place to visit even in mid October the water is warm, albeit the levels are way down. Huge amount of nature and migrating birds about. We were lucky enough to see an osprey migrating.
There are on site facilities which are still open in October but it was very quiet.
The access road is a bit rough but well worth the drive.

Great place for a swim, car park and facilities are free. Bar snacks and ice cream available. Come in past the old air base or the road is dreadful, proper van shaker.

This fluvial beach is fantastic place to relax, disconnect your mind from everyday life. This have touristic facility that make the balneario nice place for everyone. Congratulation to everyone working on here and to whoever projected this place.

Still the best place to walk and play ball with your dog, nobody to be seen and the coffee shop still closed.
With the weather changing me and my dog visit often enjoying the sun while taking long walks.

Great beach at the banks of a dam in the middle of the countryside. Warm and clean water. Lifeguard's on site. The bar service was the only negative part. Very slow

Beautiful river beach but one of the routes to get there is really awful, it needs to be resurfaced, it was almost undrivable for us in our motorhome, we travelled at 5mph for about 10 minutes, we had to find an alternative way out to the main road...the signs at the car park are confusing, no caravans, no campercars, no lorries but no mention of motorhomes so we left

Lovely clean beach with good facilities, cafe, toilets etc.

lovely place to go with the family as well as solo, the music was amazing the people were nice and the place is just bsautiful, with a bar, park for the little ones and amazing music

That's a really nice thing to have near Beja. Pleasant, family friendly, has everything to give you a nice time. Very clean space too. You can just sit relax, take a few drinks, even a snack.

Great place for a day out next to the water in the Alentejo.
The bar offers good food at a reasonable price and the staff is very friendly

Well prepared, cafe and eatery. Beer nook too! Clean, safe, well organised.
