I’m traveling throughout Portugal. Sadly the cellular service I purchased ahead of my visit stopped working properly. I had to purchase a new SIM in Portugal. I went to two different providers, and while the voice and SMS services worked automatically, I could not get data. Both vendors spent a long time trying to figure out the settings. We knew the SIM cards were brand new and the phone was working. However, they couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t get a data connection. I ran to iPremium in Caldas just before they normally close for their lunch break. Rui, the associate who helped me, took his time to change my settings correctly so I could also use data with my new SIM card. He patiently and respectfully took care of my issue during his lunch time. I’m extremely grateful as it’s vital for me to be connected while traveling. Thank you iPremium. Thank you Rui!

I wanted to get some help with finding a portable battery to charge my Iphone while traveling. We visited the Ipremium store & presto everything solved.
We were helped by Rui and the experience was great. Everyone there is knowledgeable but most of all they are kind & patient. If you find yourself in Caldas da Raina stop in & say hello. The attached cafe is also worthy of a five star rating! ❤

Absolutely top class! Charging issue with my MacBook Pro, first visit Rui gave me (free of charge) a European plug adapter. Turned out there was an issue with my cable, so we returned and bought a cable after having a free 20minute diagnostic check, a small battery charge and a free coffee! I would highly recommend these guys, well worth the 2 hour drive to get there! 5 Stars! Muito obrigado!!

Bricked my iphone xs , I tried all software solutions and gave up and took it to iPremium. It was fixed in 30 minutes while I enjoyed a delicious crepe and Cappucino.

I had massive problems with a new Business MacBookPro (Mid 2017) under warranty and will the Apple protection plan. Long conversations with Apple on the phone resolved nothing until they asked me to take it to one authorised technical center. The closest location to one of the listed authorised centers is 100km and i would have to take the laptop there myself and pick it up once repaired.

IPremium offered (free of charge) to act as a reliable proxy between me and Apple technical service. They transported the laptop themselves avoiding the need for a third-party transportation service and reducing the risk involved in shipping the material. As this was poorly handled by Apple technical staff, the laptop returned with different issues and needed to be sent back to Apple. IPremium , once more, took responsibility for getting the laptop to apple and back to my location, and again FREE OF CHARGE. This is what i call a Premium 5 Star service from an organization that really care about the clients of the brand they represent.

In the past, i had the chance to assess the know how and expertise of the internal technical staff of IPremium, and given my experience, i truly believe that they are far better than Apple official technical service.

5 Star customer service with really nice, educated and friendly staff.

I just cant understand why Apple does not use this kind of Partners to facilitate the processes for customer with technical issues that are under warranty. Instead, Apple customer care, demands that the material is delivered by the customer directly to an authorised technical center....

Apple has a lot of room to improve in regards to customer service, they are blessed to have organisations such as IPremium working on their behalf and willing to clean up the mess whenever necessary.

Recorri à iPremium para a resolução de um problema urgente no meu Mac Pro 15’ de 2017. Infelizmente este modelo tem dado problemas e aconteceu que, há pouco tempo, quando abri o computador o ecrã deixou de funcionar quando completamente aberto (tudo em preto, enquanto que o computador estava ligado e a funcionar).

Fui informada que a reparação com a Apple consiste em substituir todo o ecrã, o que é bastante dispendioso. No entanto, na iPremium fazem um trabalho de engenharia top class em que conseguem substituir apenas a peça danificada no ecrã, algo bastante difícil não só pela raridade da peça como também pelo trabalho em si. Obrigada por terem resolvido o problem em tempo recorde e possibilitarem o uso do meu computador tão depressa! 😊
Para quem procurar solução para este tipo de problema já sabem que aqui fazem!
