What a fun experience! I saw this restaurant on TikTok and had to try it. The restaurant is tiny and we did have to wait, but it was totally worth it. We ordered one of the traditional hotdogs with fries and another dish, that we didn’t know what we were getting. It was huge! The waiter asked to verify that we did want a large. I said, yes, not knowing that it was going to be giant. It was delicious, but we had to take it home and eat it for dinner. Cool spot! Great food!

Yes, *that* special hot dog from the late Anthony Bourdain’s Parts Unknown. After all those years, still there and still amazing. Don’t come expecting anything fancy, this is greasy delicious beer food.

Apparently the quintessential American food, hotdogs, had been thoroughly outdone by the Portuguese.

100% a must-try for if you're in Porto. I'm also 100% stealing this idea for every hotdog I make at home from now on.

The hod dog was something different from what I've usually had and they were amazing. If you are in Porto, do not miss out trying their hot dogs. A beer goes best with it. We had to wait about ten minutes for a table.

Tasty handcut chips and the hotdog tasted really good - just keep in mind it looks bigger in pictures than what it really is and it is slightly spicy. Friendly staff, though very busy. Only cash. Might need to wait.

Trendy spot with locals and tourists. Cool place to stop to grab lunch with a beer. Had their famous hot dogs with french fries. Restaurant has outside bar to sit at.

A place that locals go for talking, drinking and of course eat the famous CACHORRINHO a small hot dog pressed on the grill and served with a spice oil dressing.This place has been visited by famous people around the world.

Close to my hotel and Bourdain came here. It was great! Alexandre seems to be the guy in charge and he's such a fun character!

A Porto institution and rightly so. They are famous for their hot dogs and you'll find it hard not to order more than one. Grab a hot dog, a cold beer and some pickles on the side, cheap and cheerful comfort food done right.

Special Hot Dog €4,50. Crispy bun with melted cheese and sausage. Delicious snack, portion is small though. Close setting m, bar facing counter.

I don’t know how to tell you this but this place makes you feel like you’re a Porto local. You must only eat their special hot dog Cachorrinho and fries with beer. That’s all. You will thank me later. Don’t mind the wait and sit on the plaza and eat this. Or wait to be seated and feel like Portuguese 🇵🇹

Get the special hot dog, fries and a beer!! Perfect meal and lovee the atmosphere. It’s a super busy place and touristy probably because of the Porto episode by Anthony Bourdain but the food is amazingg! 10/10

This place needs no further presentation. We came here two times in 2 days, and that's quite a compliment as Porto actually has so many places for good food to discover.

We came for the hot dog which is very pleasant and spicy. No other extra sauce needed. But the best part was actually the steak sandwich with ham and cheese. This has to be one of the best sandwiches I have ever had in my life... Period. Everything to perfection that melts in your mouth. Looking forward to my trip to Porto to come back and enjoy the experience.

Absolutely outstanding service and the food was excellent! The place also has a great atmosphere. We went on a weekend and there was a long line and on a Tuesday we managed to walk straight in and choose a table. So maybe choose your time and day wisely. These guys are popular for good reason!

The great Anthony Bourdain was here and enjoyed the food here, so for me was a place that I needed to visit. After a long day I was able to fine a seat for me to sit and order a beer and the Pica pau simple.
Fresh made and it was delicious. All the tastes were perfect combined. I enjoyed every bite of it.

Have to try their hotdog and it's a great place to try Porto's francesinha sandwich.

We came here for the Cachorrinho and we were super satisfied. The food is made right in front of your eyes, which is a treat on its own. The dish came with crispy fries and I also ordered extra fried eggs which were just the way I like it. Don't miss this place during your visit to Porto!
