Very good food. Try the cod fish casserole with a special homemade cream (no heavy cream-natas). It's delicious! Lunch is served daily with grilled meats and fish.

We had an amazing meal! We felt like we were invited to the chefs kitchen table!

I highly recommend visiting Cantinho dos Charutos if you want to eat fresh, perfectly cooked Portuguese food in a local restaurant.

We stopped at Cantinho dos Charutos on a busy day sightseeing in the area and it was the best lunch we've had in some time. The fish was fresh, perfectly cooked and came with a vegetable rice. The beef was thinly slices and pan fried with rice and fries. The salad was fresh and crunchy.
After we finished, we were offered more food in case it was not enough. What more can you ask for?

Best of all was the friendly welcome and a lovely waitress who made it possible to overcome the language barrier enjoy the famous Portuguese hospitality.

Great place for meal. Really typical and honest food. Staff is very friendly and price is affordable.

DELIZIOSISSIMO!!!!!! Mi sono fermata per caso durante il mio Cammino verso Fatima e ho mangiato super bene, il migliore cibo portoghese fino adesso! L'atmosfera è familiare, piacevole e paesana. Il posto è ben tenuto e tutti sono cordiali e gentili. <3
