I imagine these Joined Boulders are what inspired the most memorable quote of Shrek. This breathtaking feat of nature has resulted in the most idyllic balance of forces, and tops off the most enjoyable little find of my time in Portugal. I commend these boulders and the fall they took for my viewing pleasure. With a little common sense and a touch of adventure, it should take no more than 15 minutes to find it from the castle or from town.
